Four months into their marriage, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are already having some woes.

On The View Thursday, he said he won’t sleep with his wife because she keeps trying to get pregnant.

“She [says] she is not going to tell me she is going to go off her birth control,” Pratt, 26, said on The View Thursday.

Not sleeping with her is “the only thing I can think of in my defense,” he said.

Montag, 23, insisted she isn’t intentionally forgetting to tell him.

“I would tell him the truth, but sometimes mistakes happen,” she said. “Sometimes you accidentally miss one. It happens.”

Montag said she wants kids “sooner than later,” adding, “My mom was a young mom.”

But Pratt is so adamant about not wanting them, “He says he wants surgery,” Heidi said.

She said he “joked” about not wanting kids before they got married, but she never took him seriously.

“I thought we would get married and then go to that hurdle — marriage and then kids at the same time,” she said.

She said “it’s only four months. We’re supposed to be in the honeymoon phase.”

Madonna made an appearance on the David Letterman TV show last night in New York City, New York. Madonna admitted to David that despite having a home in Manhattan for over 30 years and living on and off in the city she has never had the famous New York pizza. David was shocked and took her out for a slice and a few drinks during the show.

James Franco might have made a big name for himself on the silver screen, but that doesn’t mean the small screen is too small for him! James will appear on General Hospital on Nov. 23, followed by on and off appearances for two months afterwards, Fancast.com reports.

Details on James’ role on the show are hush-hush for now, but we do know that his character will represent “the worst nightmare” for Jason Morgan, the mob thug played by Emmy winner Steve Burton.

James is no stranger to TV either — he got his start on Judd Apatow’s Freaks and Geeks, a much beloved show that unfortunately only lasted one season.

Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi is pregnant, her rep confirms to Usmagazine.com exclusively. “Model, author, and Emmy-nominated Padma Lakshmi confirms that she is carrying her first child after years of struggling with endometriosis, a cause for which she has co-founded the Endometriosis Foundation of America,” the rep tells Us of Lakshmi, 39. “As a result of her condition, this pregnancy has been referred to by her physician as nothing short of a medical miracle, and due to its delicate nature, we ask/implore the press to respect Ms. Lakshmi’s privacy at this time,” the rep continues. Endometriosis is a medical condition in which the uterus’ lining grows in other areas of the body, causing pain, irregular bleeding and possible infertility.

The baby’s father has not been revealed. Online reports have falsely named Manu Nathan as the dad, but her rep says he’s Lakshmi’s cousin. Lakshmi split from novelist Salman Rushdie in 2007 after three years of marriage. She won the Best First Book award for her first cookbook, Easy Exotic, at the 1999 World Cookbook Awards in Versailles, France. Her second cook book, Tangy, Tart, Hot and Sweet, was released in October 2007. She hosted the Food Network series, Padma’s Passport, in 2001. She’s also guest hosted on British show Planet Food.
