Jon Gosselin is speaking exclusively to THE INSIDER on today’s panel about his estranged wife Kate’s claims that he withdrew $230,000 from their joint account without notifying her.

Gosselin tells THE INSIDER that Kate’s claims are “a total fabrication. I withdrew $22,000 last Thursday. I have the paper trail to prove it.”

He goes on to say, “I’ve never taken any money out because over ten years, Kate handled all the banking. Over the past four years of doing the show, we accrued $2,250,000. She says in the past week I took $230,000. I have withdrawn roughly $177,000 over the course of a year, which is less than 10% of what we made. That’s like my paycheck.”

On why Kate would make these claims, “I believe she’s incriminating herself and not thinking clearly. She’s wanting me to look bad.”

Does he believe Kate is having problems paying her bills? “No. She’s hiding money. We have 11 bank accounts. That was just our joint account. She had a best-selling book. Where’s that million dollars?”

Gosselin insists, “I didn’t want these things to come public. I didn’t want this to be embarrassing for her.”

Esquire’s new “Sexiest Woman Alive” is an action hero who “could kick your ass.”

The style mag has selected Kate Beckinsale, 36, for its annual “Sexiest Woman Alive” title. The Whiteout star follows in the footsteps of starlets like Charlize Theron and Halle Berry, who have previously taken the honor.

“This whole notion of being named ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’ is going to earn me quite a beating,” Kate laughs in the November issue of Esquire Magazine. “You can’t have that title with four brothers. I’ll get wedgies. Headlocks. Noogies.”

Still, Kate’s happy for the tag that solidifies her place as an official hottie.

“I like the idea of it, too. I do. I’m feeling that I must earn this. I need to go out and become much better at pole dancing or something.”

As Jon Gosselin tells anyone who will listen that he’s desperate to work things out in his marriage, he was secretly emptying his joint account he shared with estranged wife, Kate Gosselin.

RadarOnline reports that Jon Gosselin withdrew over $200,000 from the account he shared with Kate, leaving her with only $1,000.  As soon as Kate realized what happened, she hired  high-powered attorney Marty Singer to go after Jon.  Jon’s withdraws were in violation of the divorce guidlines. Marty Singer is requesting a judge hold Jon in contempt of court for emptying their account.

“If the money is not immediately returned, we will be looking into potential claims against Mr. Heller if he had any involvement with the violation of the court order,” said Singer. “It is very disappointing that Jon Gosselin has escalated this to such an ugly place that her lawyers have to do everything they can to protect her and her children from his outrageous actions.”

The tables have turned on the guy accused of secretly taping ESPN reporter Erin Andrews naked in a hotel room — now he’s the guy who’s in front of the camera.

The Chicago Sun-Times obtained the first photo of Michael David Barrett — as the 47-year-old divorced father was picked up at O’Hare Airport this weekend.

Barrett allegedly used a hidden cam to shoot footage of Andrews walking around nude in several hotel rooms.

Erin’s lawyer told “Good Morning America” that Andrews and her stylist helped determine when and where the footage was shot by checking out the designer jeans she was wearing in some of the footage.
