Leighton called Ryan Seacrest Tuesday to world premiere the song, and joked the name “Somebody to Love” was a tamer version of the original title involving a particular four letter word.
Leighton also told us she got Robin Thicke to jump on the record a couple months after she had initially recorded it.
“I really wanted to make something that’s completely different from anything that’s on the radio right now,” said Leighton. “I feel like it’s really dancy and fun, but it’s still laid back and relaxed and moody and sexy.”
The song hits home for many young adults as Leighton explains, “it’s definitely about what’s going on in my life and I think anybody can relate. You’re crazy, you’re busy, you’re young and you’re running around and it’s really hard to find somebody to love. People love you but you don’t really love them.”
I have this album, and I think it’s just so-so. I love Pete Yorn, and I actually really like this song, Relator. But the rest of the album is very – eh – lackluster.
Amy Winehouse is in a new relationship, it has been reported.
The ‘Rehab’ singer has reportedly been on several dates with the unknown man over the last month, but is said to be keeping the romance hidden until she is sure they have a future together.
A source told the Daily Star: “Amy’s been seeing a new guy for just over a month. He’s good for her. He tells her she’s a beautiful woman and wants her to value her life.
“Amy has a lot of self-doubt and often loathes the life she’s created. But her new man is slowly making her like herself again.”
However, recent speculation has suggested that Winehouse is still pining for her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
The insider added: “Amy still longs for Blake’s attention. She will always love him. He’s in her blood and bones. Everything she does is about Blake.”
The 26-year-old made her return to the UK stage on TV talent show Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night.
T.R. Knight is ready to be a daddy

“She’s such a beautiful baby,” he went on. “I’m so happy for her and Josh.”
