The Hills star Stephanie Pratt has been arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence.
Spencer Pratt’s sister was arrested around 3.45am on Sunday morning in Hollywood outside LA nightclub, Empire.
Pratt was reportedly celebrating Holly Montag’s 26th birthday along with some fellow Hills stars before the incident took place.
Before heading onto the club, Pratt tweeted: “It’s my sissy @hollymontags bday party! Just finished dinner and going to Empire but I’m pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper
”
The 23-year old was then taken into custody, with her bail set at around $5,000.
According to a spokesperson from the Van Nuys Division where Pratt was being held, Stephanie was later released on Sunday morning and is due to return for a court hearing.
Sergeant Mark Cohan of the Los Angeles Police Department stated that the circumstances of her arrest were not yet known and he could not reveal whether Pratt was pulled over for another violation or if the stop was DUI-related.
Stephanie has previously been arrested in May 2006 for second-degree theft and drug violations. She also struggles with bulimia as well as previously battling with substance abuse.

Pete Wentz has revealed that he would like to have many children with his wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, enough to start his own “soccer team”.
Wentz, 30, who has 10-month-old son Bronx Mowgli with singer-turned-actress Simpson, 25, revealed they are both eager to add more to their brood in the future.
“Everything is awesome about being a dad. Eventually we want to be able to have a soccer team!” Contact Music quoted him as telling People.
However, the Fall Out Boy rocker and Simpson will have to wait until their lives are less busy.
“We will have to schedule and time things right. Ashlee is really focused on filming ‘Melrose Place’ right now and I’m figuring what I’m doing next year,” he added.

Victoria Beckham has landed a role on Gossip Girl, a show which is known as much for fashion as it’s outrageous storylines. Beckham, 35, was pursuaded to star in the show by Blake Lively, who is a huge fan of Victoria’s outfits.
“Blake and co-star Leighton Meester are fans of Victoria’s designs, and have both worn her dresses.
“Blake attended the unveiling of Victoria’s new collection in New York last month, alongside the series’ stylist Eric Damen.
“The trio started chatting and Victoria revealed she was a huge fan of the show. From here, Blake pleaded with her to guest star in an episode and ran the idea past producers.”
Victoria Beckham is pictured here – arriving at Heathrow Airport. She’s set to fly into New York where she will film her scenes in one day. No word yet on what role she will play on the show. Suggestions of her playing Ed Westwick’s long lost mother were quickly shot down – so who knows which role she’ll end up playing!
Can’t wait to see!

‘Twilight’ star Kristen Stewart (pictured arriving at LAX) is tired of reports that she’s dating her movie co-star Robert Pattinson, insisting she’s sick of reading the same story every day.
The young actors have been forced to deny persistent reports they have taken their on-screen romance off-screen and Stewart admits the constant speculation over her private life is beginning to irk her, Allure magazine reported.
The 20-year-old actress refuses to answer questions about the extent of her relationship with Pattinson for fear of fueling reports they are a real-life couple.
“I read that story every day… It’s in a story every day, so let’s not put it in another one,” Stewart said.
Earlier this month rumours were abuzz that Pattinson and Stewart were to confirm their romance in a tell all interview to Harper Bazaar magazine.

I love Glee!!
They may not be able to sing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC, but the cast of Fox’s “Glee” will get to strut their stuff during the World Series.
Fox has confirmed that cast members from its new hit musical comedy “Glee” will sing the national anthem during Game 3 of the World Series, currently scheduled for Oct. 31. That game will be either in Los Angeles or Philadelphia, depending on which team ends up in the series against either the Yankees or the Angels.
Fox had to get a green light from Major League Baseball to have the cast sing at the game. Networks often use the World Series and other big sporting events to promote their own entertainment shows, but it is unusual to actually have a cast of a show perform during the game. Of course, few probably have the chops to do it. At least we know they’ll do better than Roseanne Barr did when she butchered the anthem during a San Diego Padres ballgame.

What do you think? I think it’s alright?
