The British starlet is making her Broadway debut in a play called “After Miss Julie” which, ironically, stars her ex-fiance’s (Jude Law) best friend, Jonny Lee Miller. Sienna’s co-star has known Law since he was 14.

In recent months, Lindsay Lohan has come under fire for taking her 15-year-old sister, Ali, out for late nights at restaurants and clubs. But Lindsay assures Life & Style her baby sis isn’t likely to suffer the same problems she did growing up in the public eye.
“She’s tougher than I am,” Lindsay said at the VS Beauty Velvet Fragrance Collection launch in NYC on Oct. 14. “She has a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it was different for me because I didn’t know what to expect and it just happened really fast. I didn’t have a big sister.” The Mean Girls star also insists there’s no way that Ali, who’s being homeschooled, is falling behind in her schoolwork. “She’s really good about that,” Lindsay says. “If I’m going out late, she’ll go home early.”
And while Lindsay says she’s looking out for Ali, she sometimes forgets her sister’s age. “When I was with her at home, I was like, ‘Oh, that’s right, she’s still a lot younger than me,’” Lindsay says. “But I think it’s great that she’s mature.”

A mistrial has been declared in the trial of two people accused of attempting to extort $25 million from actor John Travolta after the death of his 16-year-old son, Jett.
Senior Supreme Court Judge Anita Allen said she believed someone in the jury had been having inappropriate “communication” outside of the jury room, where jurors had been deliberating for eight hours
The judge had received information that an announcement had been made at a local political rally that one of the defendants had been found not guilty. Allen told the court hearing the news left her no choice but to order a retrial. (A new trial date was not set.)
“The dilemma that we face is great,” Allen told the court. “I am erring on the side of caution. Justice must be transparent.”
Though they pleaded not guilty, Paramedic Tarino Lightbourn and former Bahamian Sen. Pleasant Bridgewater, who is also Lightbourn’s attorney, had been charged with conspiring to extort $25 million from Travolta.
The prosecution claimed they demanded money in exchange for not releasing private information to the press about the death of the actor’s son, who passed away last January following a seizure in the family vacation home on Grand Bahama island.
The jury, which deliberated about nine hours, had spent a month listening to testimony including from Travolta, who took the stand and recounted his son’s final moments.
Michael Ossi, one of the actor’s attorneys, told the Associated Press his client would cooperate in any way possible and testify again if necessary.

Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto rescued a fan who fell in front of an oncoming car last night.
The actress was shopping in London’s West End with boyfriend Dev Patel (pictured above), her co-star in the film, when the fan ran towards them to say hello.
But Freida, 25, who was being followed by photographers, turned to have her picture taken and accidentally bumped into the woman.
The fan was sent flying into the middle of Regent Street, near Liberty, just as a car was approaching.
A witness said: ‘As Freida turned around, she bumped into the fan because she didn’t see her.’
Freida ran into the road and helped the woman out of the car’s path, said the witness, adding: ‘Afterwards, Freida made sure the woman was OK. It was quite a shock for all, especially Freida and the fan.’
Neither the fan nor the actress were hurt in the incident.
