Teen country star Taylor Swift is at the center of a discrimination scandal after posing for a photo while embracing a man with a swastika on his shirt.

The photo was taken at fellow singer Katy Perry’s birthday party last weekend. Guests were encouraged to wear white and decorate their clothing with paint when they arrived at the event.

But the man in the photo, identified by multiple sources as model AJ English, took the decorations a little too far. According to TMZ, he claims the swastika started out as a simple “X” but became more “perverted” as the night went on.

Swift’s rep claims that she was unaware what was painted on the man’s shirt, and that she posed with “about 100 people that night … she doesn’t know who this guy is and she didn’t realize what was on his shirt.”

Some bloggers also slammed Swift for the appearance of the letters “JH” on her dress, which some claimed stood for “Jew hater.” But Swift also arrived at the party with friend and fellow singer Julianne Hough, who displayed a “TS” on her clothing.

English apologized to Swift via microblogging site Twitter, saying he did not know the singer before the party and that he regretted dragging her into the chaos.

UPDATE 3:26 p.m.: E! confirms alleged Ryan Seacrest stalker is Chidi Uzomah, and that the armed man showed up at the offices just before 10 a.m. this morning. He was in possession nof a three-inch folding knife, but never got close to Ryan.

Uzomah’s red Pontiac Thunderbird remains parked outside the E! News studio and was found to contain a variety of telling (and random) objects: multiple maps of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, a screwdriver, towels, clothes and a spare pair of shoes, water bottles, a receipt from Jack in the Box, Q-tips, rock crystals and a blue tarp.
TMZ reports a man has been arrested for allegedly stalking Ryan Seacrest inside the E! building.

Sources say tell TMZ it’s the same man who attacked Ryan’s security guard with a knife last month, Chidi Uzomah, outside an Orange County hospital.

TMZ cites another source inside the building who says the suspect had a knife with him today and is being detained right now by LAPD in the lobby of the E! building.

Uzomah reportedly went to the lobby and asked to see Ryan, but the guard there knew who he was and called the cops.

We’re told Uzomah went to the lobby and asked to see Seacrest. The guard was aware of Uzomah and E! called the LAPD.

Uzomah plead guilty last month in the O.C. hospital incident to three misdemeanors. The judge placed him on three years probation and ordered him to stay away from Ryan, who was reportedly in the building when Uzomah entered today.

Patrick Swayze and Lisa Niemi, whose marriage began in their 20s and lasted for 34 years, led one of Hollywood’s storied love affairs – but the Dirty Dancing actor’s widow reveals that there were times when their union teetered to the brink of breakup.

Six years ago, Niemi tells Oprah Winfrey in her first interview since Swayze’s death, her husband descended into a period of heavy drinking and “very dark thoughts. “He was imploding pretty badly,” she said during Friday’s show, so much so that in 2003, Niemi left Swayze for a year. “I didn’t think he was going to live through it and I didn’t want to watch that.”

But the couple reconciled and regained their happiness – only to be tested again when Swayze was diagnosed 22 months ago with pancreatic cancer and was told he had three months to live.

“It was mind numbing,” Niemi says. When faced with the devastating information, “You think you’re going to get these terrific illuminations,” she says, but that didn’t happen. “I looked around and I said, ‘This is awful.’ ”

Niemi says she cried in front of her husband only once, and saved the rest of her tears for her close girlfriends. “I wanted him to know he was going to be okay,” she tells Winfrey.

Final Days
Niemi, 53, and Swayze never talked about him dying. “We were too positive,” she says. Swayze wanted to believe in God and Heaven but also had doubts. “He had this very realistic side,” says Niemi. “He said, ‘I can’t be 100 percent sure, but I’m going to find out.’ ”

In his final days, Swayze was on pain medication and only minimally aware of his wife’s presence. Niemi tells Winfrey she had seen death before, witnessing animals that the couple kept at the end of their lives. “I felt them leave their bodies and it’s always been a light and free feeling because they were out of pain,” she said. “I was wondering if I would feel the same thing with Patrick. And I didn’t.”

With Niemi at his side, Swayze, 57, died Sept. 14 at his ranch near Los Angeles. “I didn’t feel him leave when he actually stopped breathing,” she said. Now, she says, “I feel him here. I feel like he hasn’t left. I can feel every contour of his hand in mine.”

Niemi says that when Swayze starred in the hit movie Ghost, she thought she would never want to see the kind of visions that Demi Moore’s character saw of her dead husband, played by Swayze, but that has changed. “Now I’m like, ‘Please show yourself. I would love to see you.’ ”

Of the lessons she’s learned since his death, she says, “It’s the proverbial, ‘Do it now,’” she said. “You end up living a lot more in the moment.”

These days, she’s “hanging in there,” she says. “If I was really courageous, I would be open to the possibility that I could go on in life,” she said. Swayze always believed in her, telling her how smart, beautiful and good she was. “I hope I can continue to prove that he was right about me.”

While Jude Law and Sienna Miller are both playing to packed houses on Broadway, they are reportedly not reprising their old roles as boyfriend and girlfriend.

“Jude and Sienna are just friends and are seeing each other socially occasionally as they are both on Broadway, performing just one block apart,” a rep for Law tells Glamour.com.

Law, 36, and Miller, 27, broke up in 2006 after dating on and off for several years. At one point they were engaged to be married, but those plans were derailed when Law’s affair with his children’s nanny came to light.

Mixed Reviews

In a 2007 interview, Miller said that experience led to “a loss of innocence on my part,” adding: “I feel like I grew up.”

Law has received mixed reviews for his turn as Hamlet at the Broadhurst Theatre, with critics divided on the effect of his highly animated performance.

Likewise, Miller has earned a variety of reactions to her acting in After Miss Julie, with the more charitable critics calling her “compelling” and “persuasive.”

Project Runway is getting the supermodel treatment!

After appearances by guest judges Eva Longoria Parker, Rebecca Romijn, Lindsay Lohan and Christina Aguilera, Cindy Crawford will share her fashion expertise, joining Heidi Klum and company on the judges’ panel on the next episode of Project Runway.

Also in the Nov. 5 episode (10 p.m. EST on Lifetime), Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa will appear with Tim Gunn in a segment taped at the city’s Getty Museum.

And People has confirmed that the episode will feature a final challenge that will determine which of the five remaining designers — Carol Hannah, Althea, Irina, Gordana and Christopher — will move on to Fashion Week.

Miley Cyrus’ biggest career accomplishment isn’t Hannah Montana.

It’s a cameo she shot in the upcoming Sex and the City 2.

“It was the best job I’ve ever done,” the singer, 16, said on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Friday. “It was a total dream come true.”

She filmed her scene Oct. 17 at NYC’s famed Ziegfeld Theater. She wore the same dress as Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) at what appeared to be a movie premiere for Samantha’s on-and-off beau, Smith Jerrod (Jason Lewis).

“I didn’t end up shooting until 11 p.m.,” Cyrus said. “It was awesome — I got a free trip to New York. I hung out in New York all day and then I got to go to the set. I literally shot for an hour-and-a-half, and it was done.”

Cyrus said “working with Kim was really cool. Sarah Jessica Parker was the nicest person in the world.”

Victoria Beckham’s not-so-dirty little secret to her super-sleek physique: hitting the gym seven days a week.

“I didn’t want to rely on retouching,” the fashion designer and former Spice Girl, 35, says in the December issue of British Harper’s Bazaar.

Her flawless appearance in recent Emporio Armani ads with soccer-star husband David led some to suspect airbrushing.

“I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years’ time and say ‘Wow, look — after three kids — I didn’t look bad,’” the gym devotee says.

Despite her intensive gym routine, however, not all of Posh’s body is completely bonafide. Several pals have confirmed to Usmagazine.com that Beckham has undergone breast surgery three times: two enhancements and, earlier this year, a reduction.

“She’s not the most confident of girls, believe it or not,” a Beckham confidante recently told Us.

What of Botox? “She has not had any botox or fillers,” the friend says. “She’s squeamish about things like that and doesn’t want to mess up her face.”
