Noah Cyrus, 9, the little sister of Miley, has been photographed in a racy Halloween costume over the weekend.
The tween star showed up to a Halloween fundraiser wearing a body-hugging lace mini dress, platform knee-high boots and a full face of make-up. Her vampire-type costume was worn at the red carpet event, held to raise money for the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation.

OK This is what I think. That any self respecting person that may call themselves a human being would say such awful things about a child is true hideousness. Next It’s not your child therefor you have no say in the matter of what she does or does not wear thats up to her parents.
