Jon Gosselin to Kate Gosselin: “It’s an all-out war”
ET sat down exclusively with Jon Gosselin today in New York City for an interview to air tonight, October 7th.
Gosselin reveals that his estranged wife Kate is seeking to change their joint-custody arrangements at the birthday celebration of their twins, Cara and Mady. “It’s an all-out battle,” Jon said of his current relationship with Kate.
Jon told ET that Kate requested that he only be at their Pennsylvania home from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday for the twin’s birthday party. He also alleges that Kate is attempting to revise the custody agreement for this weekend, saying she gave him a schedule, “She’s trying to prevent me from seeing my kids on Mady and Cara’s birthday. That’s like giving her full custody by obeying her. She can’t tell me what to do. I’m not going to allow it. I’m just going to stay. I own the house so I can do what I want.”
Jon read an email that he said was from his estranged wife regarding the kids’ party. The reality star said the email read, “Due to recent events, it will be too stressful to the kids to have both of us here as planned. I would like to split the evening so they can see us both.”
Gosselin goes on to say, “She’s trying to prevent me from seeing my kids on their birthday because she doesn’t want to see me. She doesn’t want to hear my apology. She doesn’t want to work things out.”

Seriously, why should she have to see him after what he’s pulled. Granted they are his daughters but does he have to be present at the joint party for a long period of time. “she doesn’t want to hear his apology” but he keeps saying he’s done nothing wrong. ?

The funny part is if Kate wasn’t as controlling as she is…He would never want to have anything to do w/her or the kids..He’s pathetic because he can’t control her and his life sucks w/out her.
