Adrianne Curry blames her rape on drugs being illegal

Adrianne Curry took to her myspace blog to rant about illegal drugs once again. This time, she’s blaming her brutal rape on the fact that drugs are illegal.
Seriously, I want you people who think drugs should be illegal to prove to me WHY they should be. Tell me, think it out nice and hard and back your argument with some FACTS!
The drug war is an EPIC FAIL. As a former 14 year old-20 year old drug addict, I was able to score every drug under the sun. However, because it was illegal, I had to go to shady places in order to score it…leading to me being brutally raped. Would I have been brutally raped at a controlled pharmacy providing me with clean drugs? NO! Would I have almost died from what I was TOLD was acid, but ended up giving me seizures on a crack house floor? Nope, cause I would have been given something regulated and clean from the pharmacy.
Would gangbangers and drug cartels have anything to wheel and deal and kill over? NO!
Do YOU really have the right to force your will onto others? Why should you, or anyone else for that matter, dictate to another human being what they can or cannot do to their own bodies?
You REALLY think MORE people will do drugs if they are legal? Probably LESS, seeing how it has been PROVEN that people tend to want to do things MORE when they are told they cant!
Wouldn’t it be nice to drive through the ghetto and not see ONE crack dealer, cause they would be put out of business??
Do you REALLY think that keeping drugs illegal is WORKING? is it STOPPING people from using? NO! It’s a waste of our tax dollars, is what it is!
The Drug War is a waste of time and tax dollars. Addicts should be able to find SAFE drugs to use, drugs that are not cut with dangerous things by dealers looking to make an extra dime. It should be regulated and distributed to those who want it. Sam rules for alcohol should apply…no public intoxication, no operating cars or machinery while fucked up, etc.
In a world full of pill popping drunk hypocrites, your arguments against drugs is borderline LAUGHABLE.
Why didn’t I mention pot? Cause to me, it is laughable to list it anywhere NEAR heroin or crack. it kills LESS people than ASPRIN…that would be 0 deaths in its history
You guys hath been PWNED

smartest person ever.

Will someone please tell her to STFU. She is still trying her hardest to maintain in the public eye,and while doing so,she has become the most annoying pain in the ass EVER!
October 7th, 2009 at 10:00 am
She is a very smart girl who is passionate and well read about the things she believes in. She always comes across as informed and factual. I like her she always keeps it real.
October 7th, 2009 at 10:51 am
Lets see…. UMMM you were doing crack in the ghetto and you got brutally raped and your answer is legalize drugs?? WTF So if drugs were legal, then NOBODY would get in a shady compromise like that again? Are you retarded?
If the governement legalized drugs, people would STILL go to drug dealers: 1) it will be cheaper 2) the governement will control the product so much it wouldnt be “heroin” anymore 3) Why in the hell would the public want drugs legalized?
Yes I would love to get on a plane when the pilot just legally smoked his crack in the front cabin.
Melissa -She is an idiot… she married a brady kid for christ sakes!
Maybe mommy and daddy should just point kids in the right direction – NOT TO DO DRUGS.
October 7th, 2009 at 11:09 am
the girl\’s got a point… but… LOL does too: Yes I would love to get on a plane when the pilot just legally smoked his crack in the front cabin. double edged sword, I say…
October 7th, 2009 at 11:20 am
Pot maybe..lol But yeah I am not quite sure if I would want to go into surgery with a doctor that just took some meth in the back lab.
I think everyone has a right to do whatever they want to their own body, but when it is affecting other people to a point where they are legally insane because they dont know what they are doing… not so sure.
You ever seen someone so messed up on crack that they literally have no idea what in the world is going on, or they want to inflict crazy pain onto someone else? I would be in a world of hurtin where i live. Atleast for now they have to do it in the privacy of their own home and my 3 year old doesnt have to see people shooting up on the corner?
Scary Thought!

Who is to say the “doctor or pilot” isn’t already high on something before performing there duties?
October 7th, 2009 at 5:04 pm
She is the perfect poster child for “drugs just make you stuuuuupid”
She wouldn’t have been (prob a lie anyway) raped had SHE not taken the drugs. SHE can’t blame society for her ignorance. Se also wouldn’t have had an episode on the “crack house floor” had she used her last brain cell to just say no.
Hate morons….
October 8th, 2009 at 7:58 am
To LOL – Amen you said it all! She is a freakin idiot to say she was in a shady location, breaking the law – making a free and clear choice to enter a situation that was dangerous and pawn it off on every scape goat but her own ignorance.
OMG! We got pwned by a druggie. Boo frickin hoo. PWNED by an ignorant, brady loser marrying, pot smoking, cry baby. Oh society be damned.
October 8th, 2009 at 11:32 am
What an idiot. I think the silicone in her boobs leaked into her head.

“Yes I would love to get on a plane when the pilot just legally smoked his crack in the front cabin.”
That is a dumb comment. Pilots can’t fly wwhen tehya re on prescription drugs or on alcohol. BOth of whihc are legla and make you un fit to fly so tehy sure as hell wouldn’t be able to fly a plain if they were taking crack. Just cause it was legal doesn’t mean they would be able to do there job using it. Vodka’s legal does your boss let you work when drunk.
The point she is making is that drugs prohibition has failed completely. Drugs are cheap and freely available and all teh profits go to the people you really don’t want to be giving money too. Lot so countires have efectly decriminalised many drugs. Holland is a prime example where msot drugs are deceiminalised and tehy have some of the lowest addiction rates and lowest tennage pregnancies rates in teh world. Likewise Switzerland. Spain effectly decriminlised use of most drugs only supply is illegal.
As for people still going to dealers if drugs were legalised. Why would you. When you buy drugs from a dealer youa re paying a premium on there price to cover the costs of delivery and of course the costs off all teh drugs seized and destroyed. IF they were produced legally governments could supply cleaner, safer version at the same price as street drugs and still amke a huge profit they could then use to help addicts.

Will people please check your spelling before you post your messages showing how intelligent you are. In my life I can not believe how many people add comments to boards trying to show how much they know but by the time it’s said and done they look ridiculous.
October 9th, 2009 at 9:05 am
dumb at best, maybe if she had the brains not to do drugs she would not have been in a place to be raped. Maybe we should exicute the treminally stupid, that would cure her problem imeaditlly.
October 9th, 2009 at 10:14 am
The fact that you pointed out that a comment was dumb and then continued to spell 80% of your words wrong, shows your intelligence!
I see why you agree with her.
P.S. When I come into work drunk, my boss would know. If I just got out of my car and smoked a fattie and walked in… no she wouldnt.
My point is, there is NO “on the spot” drug testing for people who just got high 2 hours before they got on a plane or in surgey.
I know you have a narrow mind… but try looking at the big picture!
Do you have kids? Would you be OK with you daughter LEGALLY getting heroin from Rite Aid? Oh but wait, it is from the government, so therefore heroin is OK now. Its clean. YIPPEEE
My advice is this: If you like Hollands drug policies so much.. go live there. If we can eliminate one dumb person at a time.. so be it!!
Agree to disagree.

she does make an excellent point. while she had a choice whether or not to GO to those places, she is right in that if drugs were at least decriminalized, disease and death would drop dramatically.
a country that demonstrates this perfectly is Portugal:
“The paper, published by Cato in April, found that in the five years after personal possession was decriminalized, illegal drug use among teens in Portugal declined and rates of new HIV infections caused by sharing of dirty needles dropped, while the number of people seeking treatment for drug addiction more than doubled.”

What a complete idiot. She\’s a crack whore who crawls into slimy holes after her next fix and blames the fact that dangerous and harmful drugs are illegal. Talk about someone who will blame anyone except herself for her problems! On top of it, this drug addict attempts to defend drug abuse by saying the war on drugs is a failure. Well, murder is still around as well. Guess we lost that war, too. Might as well make it legal.

thomas said: “Maybe we should exicute the treminally stupid, that would cure her problem imeaditlly.”
i don’t think you should really advocate for that, thomas. it may not be in your best self-interests.
October 9th, 2009 at 10:52 pm
she is smarter then all these dumb ass people that are against her. as being raped myself, doesnt give any1 the right to rape drugs or not. drug dealers think they can take advantag of the people.
only certain drugs should be sold in the pharmacy. and not being used during work. what happens in the privecy of ur home.
October 12th, 2009 at 8:36 pm
The problem is, even if you legalize drugs, it doesn’t make them any less seriously addicting or biologically harmful to ones self.
Even if they’re legal, people will still get addicted, and they will still spend all of their money on drugs. Some drugs aren’t addicting in a “like I need caffeine every morning!” sort of way, they’re addicting in a “I will engage in this constantly and not care at the cost, even when my teeth rot out and parts of my brain starts to degenerate” sort of way. Eventually, they will run out of money, and the same sort of awful and desperate behavior will continue. Making drugs legal will not fix this at all, it will just make drugs more accessible.

Geeze A-holes! Pilots cannot fly when under the influence of alcohol either.
December 8th, 2009 at 7:39 am
So it’s safe to assume that every pro-drug poster here is a druggie.
Which means that their opinion (and spelling…) has been affected by some or other (illegal) mind altering substance.
Thus voiding their arguments completely!
Win!

The stigma surrounding drugs has always been a religious one. The taboo of altering one’s conciousness with substances has only become taboo after generations of conservative religious rule. Sex is wrong. Drugs are wrong. Loud music is wrong. Just another item in a long list of items that have been deemed wrong without much respect for that individual’s right to decide for themselves.
The crack smoking pilot argument doesn’t work, by the way. The same laws would apply to drugs as they do alcohol. Pilots cannot legally fly drunk, can they? No. Then what do you mean by “…pilot legally smoking his crack in the cabin”? In fact, it is a breach of contract at nearly any (smart) employer to be under the influence of any susbstance while on the job – machinery involved or not.
Sorry, I’m no druggie, but she has a really good point.

Well anyways it is hard to say this from an iPod so I will make my point: for those of you who are against the legalization of drugs I have two theories about you. 1) you are scared that if they legalize drugs you will finally consumed them or 2) you just don’t give a shit about drug addicts or anything that has to do with it as long as it does not affect you. You may tell me what ever you like about my spelling ( English is not my first language) or about the way I think and it’s ok everyone has their opinion about things but if you are not involve in drugs or anyone around you is involved on them then I’m not interested in what you have to say. Conclusion: legalization of drugs it’s the best way to decrease the violence involve in it and the number of addicts around the world.
