Those are compression stockings … she obviously has a problem with her lymphatic system … it’s not a fashionable choice, but a necessity.

if these are compression stockings (i am a nurse btw) why on earth would she be wearing a pair of small shorts with them, they are much more likely knee socks or knee stockings and they look awful, would only look good on a teenager, not 40 something, the rest of the outfit is fine whatever age.

Every morning on my way to work there is a little old man who walks each morning and he wears knee socks like that with sneakers!! That’s all I’m going to say!
