Seems Candy Spelling is ready to make nice with her estranged daughter Tori.

“I love you, and I always will,” she tells her in a new interview with USA Today.

Candy’s remark comes a week after she penned a scathing note to Tori, 36, on her website, slamming her for treating her children, Liam, 2, and Stella, 1, as “reality show props.”

She said she was just angry at the negative way she was portrayed on Tori’s Oxygen reality show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, which Candy, 63, called “scripted.”

On the show, Tori laments that her mom was a no-show at Stella’s birthday party. “I’m mad that I actually got sucked back into holding out hope once again after 36 years,” she cries. (Candy has maintained that she didn’t want her reunion with her daughter to be filmed.)

Candy said she and Tori don’t speak because “my daughter doesn’t like the telephone. She doesn’t answer. I text her. I have left messages. I’ve e-mailed her, and she doesn’t respond.”

So when putting together her recent book Stories From Candyland — which featured stories written by friends and son Randy — she didn’t even bother asking Tori for a submission.

“It just didn’t seem comfortable to ask her,” Candy said. “I had written her so many times and really never received any kind of response.”

In the book, she wrote a letter to her grandchildren because she “wanted them to know some of how their mother grew up, and some of our wonderful memories.”

“I don’t really know what she tells her children about me, and it was important for me to say something positive to them that someday they may read,” she said. “I’m hoping that someday they see a different side than what they may have been told.”

So could Candy and Tori ever reconcile one day?

“It could be years of disappointment. Maybe someday she’ll get it,” Candy tells USA Today. “She’s my daughter. I may not approve of everything she does, but I love her.”

Former “Laguna Beach” star Jason Wahler got beach-slapped by the law Friday night after Laguna Beach cops say he got drunk and threw his shoes at people … seriously.

According to law enforcement sources, Wahler got into a scuffle with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery and eventually got himself ejected.

Somehow Wahler made his way back inside, cops said, and the bouncers had to toss him out again.

But here’s the best part: Witnesses say a frustrated Wahler then removed his shoes and fired them into the bar — and when security came out to remove him permanently, Jason allegedly threw a punch.

Cops soon arrived on scene and arrested the reality reject for battery and public intoxication.

Wahler still had 11 days left on his probation stemming from a drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade back in 2007– which means he’s gonna get in even more trouble if convicted.

They’re baaack! The cast of New Moon is heading to Vancouver to beging filming the third Twilight film, Eclipse! There was the new Victoria, Bryce Dallas Howard, along with Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene. Nikki Reed even brought new boyfriend Paris Latsis (of Paris Hilton fame) along for the festivities! The new guy to watch out for, Australian actor Xavier Samuel (who plays Riley in the saga) was caught at the aiport as well.

Now all we need is Peter Facinelli, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and all will be well!

Jennifer Aniston — who has yet to find love since her 2005 split from Brad Pitt — says she is aware of what’s been whispered behind her back.

“I’m not going to ignore the pink elephant in the living room,” the actress, 40, tells the September issue of Elle. “It’s fine. I can take it.”

She says she’s fully supportive of “anybody who is in a place that’s not their strongest [but] is ready to push forward.”

“If I’m the emblem for ‘this is what it looks like to be the lonely girl getting on with her life,’ so be it,” says the actress, who was recently linked to Bradley Cooper following splits with Vince Vaughn, Paul Sculfor and John Mayer. “I can make fun of myself. And I’ll bring it up as long as the world is bringing it up.”

She says she’s always used humor to get her through tough situations.

“I remember being 7 and asking my mom if I was as pretty as [my best friend] Monique,” she recalls. “And with all the love in the world, my mom looked at me and said, ‘Oh, honey, you’re so funny.’ So, she doesn’t lie to me . . . She answers the question by not answering and instead tells me what she thinks is my greatest strength.”

Her parents made each other laugh “like nobody’s business,” she says. “I put a lot of value in that at a very young age.”

But that hasn’t always easy: Her father, soap star John, left her mom, Nancy, when she was 9.

Says the actress, “My dad walking out and not seeing him for a year and not knowing where he was . . . Trying to understand, ‘Where did that person go?’”

Courtney Love is so desperate to fight the aging process, she has started taking human growth hormones, insiders say.

The former Hole rocker, 45, reportedly takes a daily dose of Genotropin in a bid to look younger.

The hormone may also be responsible for Love’s recent shock weight loss.

“Courtney has been struggling with her weight,” a source told Britain’s Mail on Sunday newspaper.

“She’s been using the hormones to help her gain muscle and for anti-aging and likes the results.

“But she’s not very discreet. She even left a vial of it in her LA hotel room.”

A spokesman for Courtney — the widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain — said he was not aware that she was taking the hormone.
