Lindsay Lohan has been accused by a jewelry store of losing more than $2-million worth of jewels, RadarOnline.com is reporting. Seems she was loaned the gems from the Beverly Hills store XIV Karats a few months ago.
“Lindsay claimed that they had been stolen from her safe,” a source tells RadarOnline. “They’ve disappeared.”
“The jewels were in Lindsay’s care and they were only on a loaner, they were expected to be returned,” says RadarOnline’s source. “If something is not resolved soon there will be legal action taken.”
Lindsay’s rep denies the story. And this nonsense has absolutely nothing to do with the other missing jewelry mystery when the accessories LiLo wore for a British fashion shoot disappeared.

Michael Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide, the Los Angeles County coroner announced Friday.
According to the coroner’s report, the drugs propofol and lorazepam were found to be the primary drugs responsible for his death.
Other drugs detected were: Midazolam, Diazepam, Lidocaine and Ephedrine.
Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson’s personal physician, told police he gave the singer propofol the morning of June 25 after a series of sedatives failed to help Jackson sleep. Murray is the target of what police term a manslaughter investigation.
Jackson died June 25 at the age of 50 after suffering cardiac arrest.

She may not be Broadway bound, but actress Kristin Chenoweth will still have a chance in the limelight as the next guest judge on “American Idol.”
The Tony award-winning actress is scheduled as the next celebrity to sit in as Paula Abdul’s temporary replacement on the hit Fox TV show, according to People.com. Chenoweth, who most recently received an Emmy nomination for her in ABC’s cancelled comedy “Pushing Daisies,” got her start on the Great White Way in shows like “Steel Pier” and “Strike Up the Band.”
The petite actress, who once compared her distinctive speaking voice to that of Betty Boop, brings plenty of vocal talent to the judges table. Chenoweth won a Tony award for the revival of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” and was part of the original Broadway cast of “Wicked.”
Chenoweth joins the regular judges, Simon Cowell, Kara DioGuardi and Randy Jackson, in Orlando for auditions later this week.

Well, for the day, anyway.
