The Hills star Heidi Montag is planning another trip to the cosmetic surgeon for a second breast implant operation.

The newlywed reality beauty famously underwent a breast enhancement in 2007, and now she wants to have another procedure because she feels her active lifestyle has prompted her boobs to shrink.

Montag, who recently stripped for Playboy magazine, tells news show Access Hollywood, “They’re not as big as they used to be… I dance a lot, I ride around a lot, I work out a lot; I don’t know what happened. They’re the best things I’ve ever had, I’m so excited about them every day and I think I want bigger (breasts).”
