Heidi Pratt’s Newest Role: Fitness Guru

heidi_montag_jpg1.jpg

Heidi Pratt is definitely proud of her figure, flaunting it in string bikinis at the beach and even doing “some nudity,” for September’s Playboy cover. Now, The Hills star has plans to share her fitness secrets in The Heidi Workout.

“Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about,” Pratt, who changed her last name from Montag after marrying Spencer Pratt, tells PEOPLE. “I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week”

Now she’s planning to share the specifics of her routine of “full-body, intense resistance exercises” in a new downloadable workout series developed with trainer Chad Waterbury.

The series features full-body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, “so you burn fat faster,” says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights (think 75-lb. kettlebells!) with Pratt to give her body “a hard look with a feminine shape.”

The Heidi Workout will also offer nutritional advice based on guidelines Waterbury gave to the 22-year-old TV star. She avoids all “white” foods like carbs, but fills up instead on lean meats including grass-fed beef – (“Heidi loves steak!” Waterbury says) – and green vegetables, apples and berries. “Heidi has a really healthy appetite,” Waterbury adds. “There’s no way she is going to deprive herself.”

Not that Pratt wanted to lose weight in the first place. Instead, the 5’1″, 100-lb. reality star wanted to put on curves. “When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger,” says Waterbury. “Now, it’s nice, shapely and round.”

And a major confidence-booster. “She loves showing off her body now,” says Waterbury. “She called me from her Playboy shoot and was so excited. The photographers were raving about her.”

Arnold Klein Admits He Donated Sperm

jackson-klein-b.jpg

Arnold Klein admitted he once donated sperm — but continued dodging questions about being the father of Michael Jackson’s two oldest children on Larry King Live last night.

When asked by King about Us Weekly’s exclusive scoop that he is the biological dad to Prince, 12, and Paris, 11, Klein said: “Here’s the most important thing. Michael loved those children. Those children loved him as a father. As far as I am concerned, that’s the most important grouping there is.”

King called Klein out, saying: “That’s not answering the question.”

Replied Klein: “No, because I’m not going to answer it the way you want me to answer it because…I will say no if that’s what you want to hear.”

When pressed again by King, the dermatologist said: “What I will tell you is I think what’s most important about this whole thing, to end this thing, is that the most important thing in who the father is…who the children want their father to be.

“And I will tell you this, I will say no, because the most important person to these children is how Michael loved them and how he loved his children and how they loved him,” he went on.

Klein continued that he “can’t answer” paternity questions “one way or another.

“I once donated sperm,” he admitted, adding that it was “absolutely not” to Jackson, but instead to a bank.

“But I don’t think I should go over my legal affairs, because I think to the best of my knowledge, I’m not the father. I want to tell you that this discussion, however, is between Michael, his children and this person. It’s not to be discussed who the father is over national television.”

On June 30, Klein said through his lawyer that he was “aware of media reports” about the paternity but, “because of patient confidentiality” would “make no statement on any reports or allegations.”

Us Weekly has confirmed from multiple sources that Klein is Prince and Paris’ biological father. Debbie Rowe, who worked for Klein for 23 years, is the biological mother. In the new issue of Us Weekly, Klein’s longtime partner Stephen Price says that the kids called Klein “Uncle Arnold,” and came along with Price as a guest to the Jackson house last Christmas.

The new issue also includes a 2003 interview with Debbie Rowe where she told Us Weekly’s Ian Drew about her decision to carry Jackson’s babies, “[Michael] said no at first. I had to nag him into it if you will. I really wanted to do it for him.”

A Michael Jackson Tell-All coming?

mjtellall.jpg

Michael Jackson may be gone, but the questions he left unanswered about his mysterious life have not been forgotten. In Touch has learned exclusive details about an explosive new tell-all book about Michael’s controversial behavior. The most sensational claim in Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson by Ian Halperin, due out this month, is that Michael was not a pedophile. “The book claims that Michael was innocent of the molestation charges and a victim of extortion,” an insider who has read the book tells In Touch. “This is what led to the heavy drug abuse and everything that followed.”

Michael — who reportedly paid around $20 million to then-13-year-old accuser Jordan Chandler in 1994 and was acquitted after a 14-week trial of child molestation charges brought by cancer survivor Gavin Arvizo, then 13, in 2005 — was never convicted of any sexual crime against a child. “The book shows documents proving that Michael’s insurance company forced the Chandler settlement on him against his will and against the advice of his lawyers,” the insider says. “He collapsed in hysterics when he found out he had to do that.” The book also alleges that Michael liked having sex with men — not boys — and once picked up a construction worker in Las Vegas. “They then regularly met at a motel,” the insider reveals. “Michael would dress up as a woman. The lover admitted Michael made him sign a confidentiality agreement.” Because of Michael’s purported homosexuality, Halperin reveals, he never had sex with his second wife, Debbie Rowe, and couldn’t possibly have fathered their children, Prince, 12, and Paris, 11 (the mother of Michael’s youngest, Prince Michael II, 7, is unknown). “None of Jackson’s three kids are his biological children,” the insider says.

The insider adds that his close circle of celebrity pals and business associates were aware Michael knew the kids weren’t biologically his and would discuss it behind his back. “It was the worst-kept secret in Hollywood,” the friend explains. “But nobody dared bring it up to him. It was taboo.” It was also taboo to confront Michael about his growing addiction to prescription pills. The book alleges that in March 2009, the singer had taken far too many drugs before the London press conference to announce his 50-date “This Is It” comeback tour, which sold $85 million worth of tickets and was to start in July. “He did a huge round of painkillers and injections before he arrived,” the insider tells In Touch. “He was 90 minutes late and blamed his tardiness on traffic. It was a complete fabrication.”
