There have been rumors for months, but Life & Style can report that Drew Barrymore and Justin Long are definitely more than just platonic pals! The duo were spotted last night making out at the Cabin Down Below in NYC’s East Village.
“They were groping each other and making out in the middle of the bar!” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “They couldn’t have cared less if there were other people in the room.”
The couple enjoyed a round of Jagermeister shots with their friends, and Drew, clad in a long sparkly dress and boots, was later seen sipping on a Corona.
Justin, dressed in skinny jeans and a blazer, was never far from Drew the entire night. “He held her hand or had his arm around her constantly,” the eyewitness adds. “They make an adorable couple, and they seem totally in love!”

Jaws dropped last month when Sony Pictures canceled the $50-million Brad Pitt movie Moneyball only days before it was scheduled to start shooting – but now, apparently, the studio is working to shut those mouths.
The West Wing writer and creator Aaron Sorkin has been brought in to do a quick re-write on a script that Sony had ultimately deemed too arty and documentary-like in approach, reports The New York Times.
The studio also hopes to add Oscar-winning producer Scott Rudin (There Will Be Blood, No Country for Old Men) to the movie’s creative team.
Based on Michael Lewis’s nonfiction book about the Oakland Athletics and their general manager Billy Beane – who assembled a star Major League team despite a lack of a major bank account – the movie’s original script was by Ocean’s series director Steven Soderbergh (who was to have directed Moneyball) and screenwriter Steven Zaillian.
According to The Times, should Sorkin finish his script in due course, a new director will be hired, Pitt will stay involved and Moneyball will start to roll this fall.

Mel Gibson is headed back to the big screen.
The 53-year-old actor — who is expecting a baby with girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva — has signed on to headline The Beaver, a drama to be directed by Jodie Foster.
Gibson will play “a depressed man who finds solace in wearing a beaver hand-puppet,” according to Variety. Foster will play his wife.
Filming is expected to begin in September in New York City.
Gibson and Foster previously starred in 1994′s Maverick.
The actor’s last big movie role was in the 2002 chiller Signs.
In April, Gibson announced he and his wife Robyn were divorcing after nearly 30 years.
