Clay Aiken took to his official site to discuss a legislator who is spouting off A LOT of nonsense about bullying, gay marriage, and pedophilia.
I’m a little late on this one, but… be careful. Don’t breathe in around me!
In debating the School Violence Prevention Act during a legislative session, NC General Assembly Minority Leader Skip Stam (R*-Wake) said that “explicitly protecting gay kids from bullying would lead to pedophilia and gay marriage,” The man, who has obviously come unhinged from reality also argued that gay parents are “more dangerous than second-hand smoke.”
I hope I haven’t caused any health problems for any of you!
What a dumb*ss!
Do enough of you guys live in southern Wake County to help him lose his job next year?

Shia LaBeouf is a real-life Transformer!
The 5’9″ star of the summer’s biggest action movie used to be appropriately plump. But now that he’s on the road to superstardom, he barely eats, a source tells Star. “Shia’s been living on Parliament cigarettes and black coffee, which make him lose his appetite. He probably only gets about 700 calories a day.”
The 23-year-old actor weighs in at 140 lbs. — down from a healthier 165 — according to Kansas-based certified personal trainer Marty Tuley, who has not worked with the actor.
“It looks like he went on a crash diet to lose so much weight,” says Tuley, author of the book Busting Your Butt and Gut: Minimizing Your Maximum Areas. “He’s lost all of his muscle mass to get this unhealthy thin look.”
But Shia likes his skinny frame, explains the source. “He wants to be slender. He says it makes him look better on the big screen!”

“Renee is totally into Bradley,” a source close to the actress tells Star. “Behind the scenes, she’s really throwing herself at him.”
Just 12 days after [Bradley and Jennifer’s date], Renee got her own intimate alone time with the star of The Hangover at another Italian restaurant.
“They were really comfortable with each other,” says a restaurant employee, who noted Bradley, 34, acted the perfect gentleman and pulled out Renee’s chair for her. “She was so happy – they were talking and smiling the entire time. It certainly looked like a date.”
Keeping their night out a secret from Jennifer Aniston wasn’t a top priority for Bradley and Renee. After spending more than two hours openly flirting with each other, the two headed outside to waiting photographers.
“We could have snuck them out through the downstairs,” the restaurant employee tells Star. “But they weren’t really concerned about privacy.”
Word of the date getting out is all just part of Renee’s plan. She’s felt a special connection with Bradley since they started filming the upcoming thriller Case 39.
“It was obvious from the moment she met him. And since Bradley’s on the fence and playing it cool with Jen, Renee saw her chance and took it. She doesn’t care if Jen knows about their date, because she’s sure Bradley is all hers now!”
But even casual observers note that Bradley could be toying with both Renee and Jennifer and dating on his own terms.
“He was so charming,” says one diner who witnessed Bradley and Renee. “I could see why these women are falling for him. But I think they should be careful, because he obviously has great game.”
Jennifer’s making it known she does too! “Jen is the better match for Bradley, but she’s not going to cry into her pillow over him,” says a friend. “She just thinks Bradley’s not ready for something serious yet. She says when he is, he’ll be with her.”
But Renee won’t go down without a fight! “She’s dying to get married and have a baby, and she believes Bradley is the right guy,” insists the source. “She’s determined to keep him for herself!”

Angelina Jolie resumed one of her favorite hobbies in L.A. Thursday: flying lessons!
The actress, 34, went to Burbank without Brad Pitt (who’s been spotted riding his motorcycle around town), or kids to meet up with a flight instructor.
The duo flew to Santa Barbara, where they spent “about two hours,” a witness tells Usmagazine.com.
“She seemed like she was in a good mood,” the witness goes on.
Check out all the places where Angelina has traveled.
“When she got off the plane, she hopped off. She seemed pretty energetic,” the onlooker tells Us. “She had a spring in her step.”
Jolie got her pilot’s license in 2004. She bought a single-engine Cirrus SR22 (base price: $334,700) in 2005. Safety features include a parachute that will land the entire plane safely.
In 2008, the star even flew her plane while pregnant with twins Knox and Viv (who turn 1 this weekend).

Looks like star treatment is rampant on the set of Jennifer Aniston’s new movie The Bounty – courtesy of Aniston herself. The actress made sure the entire cast and crew of the film started their Fourth of July weekend on Thursday, July 2, a day earlier than expected, by footing the bill for everyone’s salary so they could have a four-day holiday.
“Jen is such a genuinely good person,” says one crew member. “How many people in this world would pay for an entire movie set to have off for the day? Not just anyone does that. We’re talking big bucks.”
Aniston has been in New York City for the past couple of weeks, along with a week in Atlantic City, filming the thriller with Gerard Butler.
Aniston’s rep could not be reached for comment. Columbia Pictures did not return calls for comment.

When Kim Kardashian watched Paris Jackson’s tearful tribute to her father at his public memorial Monday, Kardashian could identify with the little girl’s feeling better than most.
“I thought it was very moving and very brave of her,” Kardashian, who spoke at her own famous father Robert Kardashian’s 2003 funeral, told People Thursday at the Three-O Vodka launch party in New York.
“That was the hardest thing I ever had to do,” added Kardashian. “I couldn’t remember anything and I was shaking and it was really, really tough, and I was 22. [Paris is] only 11, and I thought it was very courageous of her to get up there.”
Despite the difficulty, Kardashian says speaking publicly was good for her then and is good for Paris now. “I was so glad I spoke at my father’s funeral even though I was really nervous and I thought I couldn’t do it,” she told People. “At the end of the day, you have that one opportunity to do that, and you want to say how you feel. She lived in the moment. I think it was really well said, and she did the best she could.”
Paris’s moving speech about Michael Jackson was just one part of a tribute that Kardashian says was fit for the King of Pop. “Everyone was sharing their most special moments with him and everyone was laughing and crying, and there was every emotion in that room. It was so special, and I’m so glad that I went.”
