Almost a year after describing her DUI arrest as “a low point,” Mischa Barton – who called police with a health problem Wednesday – may be hitting another rough patch.

“She has been dealing with a lot of personal issues,” a pal tells PEOPLE about the actress who has been spotted club hopping in L.A. and London the past few months. “I don’t know if she really ever gave up some of the bad habits that had gotten out of control a couple years back.”

The 23-year-old actress was scheduled to attend the premiere of her movie Homecoming Thursday night in New York City but Access Hollywood reports she remained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles under psychiatric hold.

David Beckham’s sons are desperate to get tattoos like him.

The British soccer star – who has boys Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, six, and four-year-old Cruz with wife Victoria Beckham – has revealed his children are so impressed with his body art they are keen to copy it.

He explained: “One of them said to me recently, ‘How old do I have to be before I get my first tattoo?’ I was like, ‘A lot older than you are now!’ ”

The 34-year-old sportsman is famed for his intricate inkings, and sports sleeves of tattoos on both arms.

He recently unveiled his newest addition, a ring of roses emblazoned on his left arm.

Victoria, 35, is also a fan of body art – she has several tattoos, including five stars on her lower back, a Hebrew saying down her spine and her husband’s initials on her wrist – but is believed to be trying to convince David not to add to his collection.

David was being interviewed on the ‘Today Show’, and made quite an impression on host Matt Lauer.

After Matt admired his smart grey suit, David whipped it off and gave it to him.

Referring to internet auction site eBay, Matt joked: “Afterwards, he came down in jeans and gave me the suit off his back. I am selling it on eBay, are you kidding me? His underwear is back in the dressing room.’”

Peter Andre has ruled out a reconciliation with estranged wife Katie Price – and blames their reality TV shows for their marriage breakdown.

The couple separated in May after a series of furious rows which were captured on camera for their fly-on-the-wall documentary Katie & Peter: Stateside.

Former glamor model Price has since slammed her ex in a string of interviews while he has refused to comment on the split.

But Peter broke his silence in an interview on This Morning on Thursday, insisting their marriage is over and that their obsession with life in the public eye drove them apart.

He says, “I think what’s done is done, and I think we have to move on and I don’t say that happily. I just say it because it is what it is. It’s our fault. We cannot complain about things like that. Showing our life so publicly is a mistake sometimes, but I blame myself as much as anyone else.”

Mickey Rourke is eyeing a move back to his native New York – the actor is reportedly on the hunt for a new home in Manhattan.

The Wrestler star, who grew up in Schenectady County but now lives in Los Angeles, rents two floors of a brownstone building in the West Village when he visits the Big Apple.

According to the New York Post, Rourke is now looking for a larger, pet-friendly apartment with outdoor space where he can settle – and has his eyes on a four-storey, 3,000-square-foot townhouse in the area.

Rourke’s real-estate broker had no comment.

Johnny Depp has his eye on a gender-bending movie role – he would love to portray singer/actress Carol Channing in a biopic.

The character actor has regularly donned a series of bizarre outfits for his films, and even dressed up as a woman for his starring part in 1994 comedy Ed Wood.

He’s determined to go even further with a future role – by playing 88-year-old Channing.

He says, “My dream role would be to play musical legend Carol Channing in a biopic of her life. I love her, I really do, she’s amazing. With all the digital technology these days, I could probably pull it off!”
