Well, that didn’t take long!
Just before leaving for France with new girlfriend, 22-year-old party animal Hailey Glassman, Jon Gosselin settled into a new bachelor pad on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
On July 2, some unidentified people moved him in, though a source tells People that he has only stayed one night in his new digs. (And yes, the source believes he spent it alone!)
The non-penthouse apartment may not be big enough to fit his brood of eight, but the two-bedroom spread is plenty spacious for one man, and, say, his new gal pal – though the source hasn’t seen anyone matching Hailey’s description near the building.
The Alexandria is a “luxury” building, complete with a 24-hour doorman and concierge, according to a resident. It has a small gym, a pool, hot tub – and a small playroom. The building also takes security seriously: Residents have have to scan their index finger to get into the gym area.
And while Gosselin may be getting skewered for moving on so quickly, the first source claims that Gosselin actually seems like a good guy, telling People, “He was very friendly.”

Daniel Radcliffe’s parents still do his washing.
The 19-year-old ‘Harry Potter’ star loves the freedom of living alone, but is relieved to live close enough to his family for them to do his chores.
He said: “I’m living in south west London. It’s lovely. It’s a slightly rude awakening, like, ‘Oh my God! I’ve got to do so much more for myself.’ Got to do the washing. But I still live close to my parents and take it round there sometimes.”
The actor also branded the attention he gets from girls “ridiculous”, insisting his fans are interested in his famous wizard character, rather than himself.
He told Time Out magazine: “You laugh off a lot of the attention. You have to dismiss it as being ridiculous. And realize they’re not there for you, they’re there because you play this character. If I play another role, there won’t be 5,000 people to greet me at an airport. It’s Harry more than me. It’s only when you start to believe you’re as good as they think you are that things go badly wrong.’
Daniel is currently filming the seventh and eighth movies in the franchise, but doesn’t think he has been typecast by the character.
He added to Britain’s Time Out magazine: “A lot of people will be generous and open-minded enough to see me as other people. But I think that to a lot of people I will always be Harry. However, there’s one thing that might work in my favor, and that’s that I’m still going to change so much, I hope. You know, people say to me, ‘Are you worried about being typecast?’ – I’ve got to say no. I haven’t been so far, so I don’t know why I should in the future.”

Raven-Symone — who has received her share of criticism from online “haters” for her body — has found a new critic: Her Disney costar.
At a So You Think You Can Dance elimination taping Thursday in Los Angeles, Usmagazine.com caught up with That’s So Raven star Debbie Allen and asked her about the upcoming Fame movie, out Sept. 25. (Allen played Lydia Grant in the 1980s series.)
“It’s going to energize a whole new generation of young people who were not engaged in Fame the first time around,” Allen told Us. “It’s so funny we were talking about things coming full circle.”
She then told Us she is surprised that kids these days even know who she is. Then, she said, it dawns on her that she stars with tween sensation Symone in That’s So Raven.
Said Allen, “I was wondering how they knew me and then they say, ‘Do you know Raven?’ I’m like, ‘Of course, I know that little heifer! I love that girl.’”
In March Symone, 23, spoke with Seventeen at a self esteem workshop. She said she was “thick” ever since she was 9 years old. She said she would have benefited from workshops to cope with “that negative language” and understand that her life is “about me, not about what [people] want me to be.”

Gerard Butler has poked fun at reports he’s dating Jennifer Aniston – joking they have put their ‘romance’ on the fast track and are rushing to the altar.
The actors are currently filming new movie The Bounty together and sparked rumours they were lovers when they were snapped strolling arm-in-arm on a Los Angeles beach.
Ongoing speculation about Butler’s love life reached fever pitch on Thursday when he lashed out at the media, branding the press coverage of their ‘romance’ ridiculous.
But the 300 star has since cooled down, and jokingly referred to Aniston as his soon-to-be bride during a guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.
He told viewers, “We’re very much in love. Especially her. I have an announcement: We’re actually going to tie the knot next Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday… one of those days. Then Saturday I may marry Cameron Diaz. Joan Rivers will be the next weekend. Then I fill out applications for the next one because, you know, all (who) come (are) welcome.”
But the Scot was keen to make sure his remarks were only taken in jest, quickly adding: “It’s not true, just so you know.”

We’re told lawyers for Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson are working out a custody settlement and the discussions are amicable. One source connected with the case tells us, “It should be settled very soon.”
As for what they’re discussing, our sources say the custody of the children — not money — is the issue on the table, but that it looks pretty clear Katherine Jackson will end up with custody, assuming the judge goes along. As for what Debbie Rowe wants … we’re told she too is interested in making sure the children are okay.
We’re told Rowe is still collecting money from an agreement she and Michael struck several years ago, around the time of the child molestation trial. That agreement was drafted so it will survive Michael’s death.
As for additional money, we’re told Rowe is not requesting that. In fact, our sources say lawyers for Jackson’s estate have not even been consulted about the discussions between lawyers for Katherine and Debbie. If there were any issue of additional monies, the estate lawyers would have been consulted.
