Rihanna shows up to dinner at Cipriani in NYC with her producer sporting shades, platform ankle boots and what appears to be a neon star pastie on Jul 28, 2009. Lingering just outside of Cipriani’s in his SUV is a nervous looking Chris Brown talking to someone on his cell phone. Are the two making plans in NYC in spite of restraining order?
