Lindsay Lohan Shakes It Up For Employees at Millions of Milkshakes

Lindsey Lohan decided to make her very own milkshake at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood, California July 23, 2009. It was a mad house in the shop as hoards of fans and shutterbugs came out to see Lindsay put on a show. After all her hard work she gave a photo shot and sipped on her milkshake.
