Cruise, who had reportedly been drinking water all evening, left at around 12.30am, with Mr and Mrs Beckham not heading home until around 3.00am. Earlier in the day, Beckham had received a less than raptuous welcome when he returned to LA Galaxy’s ground following an extended stint on loan to Italian giants AC Milan. The soccer superstar was booed and had insults hurled at him from sections of the home crowd when he took to the field.
