I’m not buying this nonsense for one minute. Apparently someone took a photo of someone reported to be Rebecca Gayheart with a crack pipe in her hands.

And just look at how big Kirstie Alley has gotten. I hope she gets it together and comes out with an awesome weight loss regime that kicks everyone’s butts.

I love her. She tweeted me once and I was walking on air for the rest of the day. Yes, I am a dork.

It was a joke that Robert Pattinson said he was gay in an interview, but apparently it got out of hand.

Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson confessed in an interview that he’s gay!

The 23-year-old tousled hair hunk has had a long-running gag with pals about his sexuality, according to one of his closest buddies, and the shocking interview was Rob’s idea of a prank.

“His gay confession – it’s a silly joke!” his close pal Marcus Foster told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview.

Foster, a musician who co-wrote the Twilight hit song and grew up with Pattinson, said his pal was simply fanning the “gay joke” flame during an interview with MTV News.

“Rob did it just for fun. He told the interviewer, ‘And I am just gay!’” said Foster.

“Put it this way, I know Rob very well, and the girls have nothing to worry about. He’s not gay.”

But the many “Rob Pattinson is gay” rumors heated up when his latest movie, the drama Little Ashes was released. Pattinson plays Spanish surrealist painter Salvador Dali in the film, and he has a steamy gay love scene with actor Javier Beltran’s character, poet Frederico Garcia Lorca.

And Rob claims the “sex scenes were in fact the best scenes”.

Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, made an appeal to have some top secret LAPD documents released in relation to the Rihanna beating case. The documents were regarding the leak of the beating photo to TMZ.

The appeal has just been rejected today:

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal by Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos who is seeking access to confidential LAPD files involving the illegal leak of a photograph of a badly beaten Rihanna.

Geragos appealed to California’s highest court after a lower court judge, Judge Patricia Schnegg, denied his motion to access to LAPD personnel records. Gergaos was seeking the records hoping to find the source of the leak of the photo of Rihanna taken after she was assaulted, allegedly by Brown last February.

Chris Brown will be back in court for a preliminary hearing on Monday afternoon. At the conclusion of the preliminary hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence to proceed to a jury trial. Rihanna was subpoened to testify at the hearing, and her attorney has said that she will comply with the subpoena and be a cooperative witness for the prosecution.

Brown,20, is charged with threatening and beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna in Los Angeles this past February.

According to Star magazine, Britney Spears is engaged to her agent, Jason Trawick.

After more than three years of casual hookups, Brit and Jason took their relationship to the next level while they were on vacation in the Bahamas last month. That’s when Brit and Jason shared a special night together during which Jason popped the question!

“He didn’t exactly get down on one knee, but Brit didn’t care. She said yes, and they opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate,” says an insider. “Jason held Britney for a long time and kissed her cheeks. They talked about their future for hours and didn’t go to sleep until after 3 a.m.! They just wanted to be alone together.”

Britney is already thinking about a December wedding — after her Circus world tour wraps this fall — and wants her big day to far outclass her previous ceremonies. For her first nuptials, to childhood friend Jason Alexander, her outfit consisted of a baseball cap and cutoffs! And she feels her wedding to Kevin Federline was a”trashy” affair.

“When she marries Jason, she wants it to be like a fairy tale,” says a friend.

According to TMZ, Beyonce has filed a lawsuit against a bunch of people who are bootlegging CDs and other merchandise at her concerts.

Turns out you don’t have to actually know who you’re suing to file a lawsuit, because Beyonce is going after a bunch of John and Jane Does for hawking fake goods at her concerts.

Beyonce has filed a federal lawsuit today in New York, alleging that a pile of shady people have sold knock-off CDs and merchandise in “the vicinity” of past concerts she’s performed around the world.

Beyonce believes the piracy is bound to happen again — specifically at her upcoming concerts at Madison Square Garden on June 21 and 22 — so she’s asking the court to deem it illegal before the bootlegged booty hits the streets.

A neighbor of Rihanna’s is suing her over claims that she’s allowing guests to park on his lawn.

Christian Moeller has sued the songbird and the owner of the house she rents for invasion of privacy, nuisance, fraud and trespass, claiming Rihanna’s visitors are driving through his yard to get to her parking area or are leaving their cars on his lot.

Stephen Yacobian recently remodeled the hoppin’ home, “effectively eliminating” its parking accommodations, states the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

“Such parking area does not allow even one vehicle to be parked entirely on Defendant’s property,” Moeller charges. And yet Rihanna often has “chauffeured vehicles that park or idle on Plaintiff’s property for hours at a time,” use his driveway to turn around and drive through his yard en route to what is now Rihanna’s too-small parking lot.

Moeller is also bugged by the cameras on Rihanna’s property, a newly constructed privacy wall and some tall bamboo plants that he says block his city views, according to the complaint.

The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages, legal expenses and the revocation of a former agreement he had with Yacobian to let cars pass through his yard—a deal he made back when such things were a rarer occurrence.

Yacobian has said that the lawsuit is “without merit.”
