“A family in turmoil,” “A relationship at a crossroads,” and “Where do they go from here?” are the phrases that flash across the screen.
A voiceover by Kate Gosselin says: “Recently, we’ve made some life-changing decisions – decisions that will affect every member of our family, ones that we hope will bring each of us some peace.”
The special one-hour episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 will air on TLC on Monday at 9 p.m. (EST/PST).
Neil Patrick Harris and his boyfriend David Burtka are on the hunt for a surrogate mother so they can be fathers.
The couple are reportedly using the same agency as Sarah Jessica Parker, Growing Generations.
After going through a rigorous screening process, “Neil and David were so relieved and excited once they were approved,” says the source. “Now they have so many surrogate profiles to go through to find the right woman to carry their child.”
“Neil and David can’t wait to hold their baby; they don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl. They just want a healthy child,” says the source.
How sweet. I’m sure they’re going to make loving fathers.

Delta Burke showed up at an L.A. airport being wheeled around in a wheelchair. It was from an incident that she’d suffered in a hotel bathroom.
Being ever the funny lady, she said, “I felt myself falling and I didn’t want to hit my head on the toilet because I did not want ‘toilet bowl’ in my obituary listed anywhere.”
She also told the paparazzi, “This is my Elizabeth Taylor pose.”
She later quipped, You got me without any makeup on!”
Ryan Reynolds has been busy promoting his upcoming romantic comedy ‘The Proposal’, co-starring Sandra Bullock, and hit up the cover of Entertainment Weekly with four different themed covers.
Below are a few highlights from his interview:
On being considered a sex symbol:
“Really embarrassing. I think I fear more than anything just sounding like a complete a-hole when I have to answer that question. If you take any of that seriously, you need to be euthanized, ASAP.”
On being a working actor:
“I’ve always just liked working. I like being a working actor. There’s an old saying that you don’t ever finish a movie, you abandon it, and I really believe that. I never walk away from a take and pat myself on the back. You always walk away going, ‘Damnit, I should have tried this!’ It’s that possibility that keeps me coming back for more.”
On his favorite TV Show, which is A&E’s Intervention:
“Real schadenfreude stuff. The first season or two is all about alcoholics and heroin addicts, but then as the seasons progress, they feel the need to sensationalize it a bit. So by Season 5, you get to people who are chemically unable to experience joy unless they’re smoking a cat, or something equally disturbing. I love it.”
On video games:
I don’t really play video games. Is there a way to waste more f–ing time? The internet’s enough. The last videogame I played was Ms. Pacman.”
His issue and his movie comes out this Friday, June 19.
