Jessica Alba is under criminal investigation for daring to take a stand on behalf of great white sharks — in Oklahoma!
Oklahoma City cops tell us the city’s Director of Parks and Recreation — Wendell Whisenhunt — filed a police report after photos surfaced of Alba allegedly defacing electrical boxes, a bridge and a United Way billboard. Alba was on a mission, gluing posters that are part of a campaign to save the great whites.
The problem — the glue is so gnarly the posters aren’t coming off. Cops say they want to have a chat with Alba, who’s in town filming a movie.
Alba, it seems, is scrambling. Her rep has already called the United Way, offering to replace the billboard.

What about orphaned children? The Homeless? Pediatric AIDS? Or, how about Cystic Fibrosis? Childhood cancers? There are websites with pages and pages of homeless American children up for adoption …

Personaly I think Jessica Alba was doing a good thing! Yeah there are things such as Orphaned Children and Homeless but there are other celebs out there who do those charities. You never see anyone helping animals. GO ALBA!!!!!!

I think this kind of activism is actually pretty lame, and the guy behind this whole campaign is not really doing much for the Great White.
What’s up with the stupid name for the picture file? I seriously don’t get why people keep acting like we’re all so stupid to believe that Alba’s occasional non-smiling in paparazzi pics is some reflection of her mood and not that she hates the paparazzi. She’s not miserable or unhappy, she hates X17. Why do people think we’re so dumb we can’t see that? Oh, wait, they’re counting on our misogyny.

Really? What about all those actresses going naked for PETA photo shoots? Or Ashley Judd trashing Sarah Palin for hunting wolves from helicopters? (Though I’ve got to admit, that is not the best hobby for a supposedly intelligent person.) Actually, I’m having a much harder time trying to think of a single celebrity aligning herself with the homeless.
