Robert Pattinson celebrates his 23rd birthday in Vancouver, BC, Canada Wednesday night. Fans endured the rainy weather for a chance to see Robert and he was gracious enough to pose with a few of them before leaving. Despite his last year being a life-changing one for the young heartthrob, Pattinson remained somewhat subdued while celebrating his birthday with castmates and friends.
