   Police are puzzled and hopes someone can help this tired, angry and confused young lady. Drugged?, dazed?, nearly drowned? sewer-dwelling English speaking female found wandering the streets of Paris today, heckling the crowds that stared at her whole messy self with shock, while she was loudly claiming to be a model of famous wear shoes, hair bands and whatever the hell of crappy fashion merchandise NO ONE ELSE IN THE WHOLE Damn WORLD would wear!!…
