Days after Mel Gibson’s wife of 28 years, Robyn, filed for divorce, a 24-year-old Russian pop singer has come forth, claiming that she had a romantic relationship with the 53-year-old actor and has now fallen in love.
In a new interview in Britain’s The Sun, Oksana Pochepa also confirms that she is the mystery brunette photographed kissing Gibson on a Costa Rican beach in March.
“This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting,” she told the paper Tuesday.
Us Weekly reports that the two met last August when Pochepa was hired to compose a song for Gibson’s upcoming thriller Edge of Darkness.

Take a look at this picture from Britney’s Easter brunch in San Jose. Britney planned the brunch for her dancers and they had a lovely time this past Sunday.
The brunch took place on the roof of the Hotel Valencia in San Jose, California. The hotel catered salad, chicken, veggies, fruit and other brunch treats. Britney and her dancers ate, laughed, listened to music from the street below, told stories and had a great time!

Ryan Conklin, the impish, guitar-playing merry prankster of this season’s “The Real World: Brooklyn,” is packing his guitar and heading to Iraq on Sunday.
The former cast member of the MTV reality show is doing his second tour of duty. He talked from Fort Bragg, N.C., and said he’s eager to “get this thing started” so he can return home. He hopes to serve a rotation of just 9 months.
The 23-year-old Gettysburg, Pa., native was on the front lines three years ago. He received his deployment notice while living in the “Real World” house. It was one of show’s most poignant moments.
Conklin enlisted in the Army at age 17.

After weeks of speculation, Nadya Suleman confirms to Life & Style exclusively that she will be doing a television show with her 14 children!
“Yes, it is official. I’m going to be doing a show, but it’s not a reality show,” Nadya tells Life & Style. “What I’m doing with this TV show is basically creating documentaries about the lives of my children. It’s going to be an ongoing thing, and it will follow them from now until they are 18. It’s being done by Eyeworks; they’re in the UK. It will air in the UK and then we’ll see if the US is interested.”
Nadya adds that the documentary style of the show won’t infringe on her family’s privacy: “The producers will come here to film six times a year. They’ll come by and take some footage and then they’ll go. They won’t be invading my life or my children’s lives.”
Plus, the filming will help this busy mom remember the important milestones for her children. “It will give me the opportunity to have incredible home movies that, believe me, I don’t have the time to make myself. Having this documentary crew allows me to focus on raising my children and still have great movies of them.”
