Kate Moss has been forced to dry up while she’s on antibiotics to fight a fungal infection in her toe. It seems Kate fancied a pedicure prior to her appearance at NYC Topshop flagship, and instead of the 5 star places she normally goes, she popped into a small place in Chinatown.

“She regrets the decision now as the nail on her big toe on her right foot has turned yellow and has become really thick and ugly.

“She is certain she caught a fungal infection from the cheap salon.”

She’s also had to put the brakes on the party she intended to have at the Coachella music festival where boyfriend Jamie Hince’s band The Kills is playing.

“Kate was looking forward to letting her hair down with Jamie at the festival. But she knows she’s going to have to lay off the booze for the duration due to her medication.”

DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) has reportedly been given his own reality show that focuses on helping young adults overcome their drug problems.

The DJ, who was seriously injured in a plane crash that claimed the lives of 4 others last year, has teamed up with producers at MTV to create the show tentatively titled “Gone Too Far”.

Cameras will document Adam, who has struggled with substance abuse in the past, as he attempts to help people suffering from various drug addictions.

According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, model and business owner Janice Dickinson allegedly owes City National Bank $267, 990.45.  The bank claims they fronted a loan for Janice, but when the first payment came due two months later, she didn’t come up with the $45,833.33 installment.

They want their original $275, 000 back.  Plus interest.

Calls to her reps were not returned.

Fall Out Boy are reportedly searching for a new venue after being banned from performing at the Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park Amphitheater on Tuesday night as part of the ongoing Believers Never Die Tour also featuring All Time Low, Cobra Starship and Metro Station.

Bassist Pete Wentz sent out this twitter to fans:  “Attention those going 2 (sic) Boca Raton show. The city has currently banned the Believers Never Die tour from coming. Working on a new venue”

He promised fans the show would somehow go ahead, however, adding:

“We will make it there come hell or high water (no info on why we have been banned). There will be a show somehow.”

Matthew Perry says he’s still mortified after spending the night talking to a man who he believed was director M. Night Shyamalan, only to find out he was a look-alike!

He struck up a friendly conversation with the cast from The Sixth Sense at the People’s Choice Awards back in 1999 and then was convinced he had run into him years later.

Perry Says:

“We talked for a little while, and then I started to realise, you know, he likes me. Laughing at everything I say, really enjoying me. We’re not really talking about showbusiness, just sort of bonding.

“I started to think, ‘Ok, this guy really likes me.’ Like in the Hollywood way where I’m going to be the lead in his next movie. I’m like, he’s going to make a movie about aliens who come down and there’s a trick ending, and it’s gonna be me!
We go to the next place, we’re hanging out. …Another hour passes, he goes to the bathroom, he comes back, and then… I realise it’s not M. Night Shyamalan. It’s just an Indian guy who looks a lot like M. Night Shyamalan! I hightailed it out of there. I felt dirty.”

Perry says he’s still embarrased and occasionally even sees the look-alike out and about in L.A.:

“The problem is, I see this guy out, now, and we look at each other like jilted lovers.”

Although they made a cute pair at her Grey Garden’s premiere this week, Drew Barrymore says that not only is she single but she absolutely loves it!

“I love it! It’s great! I get to be who I am and do what I want and be with the people I love. I feel like I have everything, and I’m very fortunate, and it’s a very rich, fulfilling time in my life.”

She also says she understands the confusion regarding Justin Long,  but they are doing a film together this summer, and that is why they are so often seen together.

We’re doing a film this summer, I guess people find it a little confusing. I totally understand. It seems like, ‘What is the deal with them?’ But we just adore each other. We’re in each other’s lives, and we’re friends, and we’re working together”
