Meet Christopher Cyrus. He’s 17, blonde, built and has the looks of a movie star. He’s also the hunky half-brother of Miley Cyrus — the mega-star sister he never sees.
The love child of Billy Ray Cyrus and Kristin Luckey lives in a suburb of Fort Worth, Texas with his mother and stepfather. “Christopher has seen Miley fewer than five times in his entire life, mostly when they were little kids,” Kristin tells Star.
Kristin was a waitress in South Carolina when she got pregnant with Christopher in July 1991 during a brief relationship with Billy Ray. They had split by the time their son was born the following April — and by then, Billy Ray was back in his home state of Kentucky where Miley’s mom Tish was pregnant with her.

A source tells Star, “Tish is a very vindictive woman. Because Billy Ray was seeing Kristin around the same time he was seeing her, she wants him and everyone else in the family to have as little to do with Christopher as possible.”
Still, Kristin hopes her son can connect with his famous dad and sister. “Christopher definitely wants to have a better relationship with his father. And I’m sure that would lead to a wonderful relationship with Miley too.”

Mel Gibson received a new judge after his lawyer has requested to remove Judge Rafael Ongkeko from presiding over his divorce case against his wife, Robyn.
The case was reassigned to Judge Frederick Shaller “for all future court proceedings,” Usmagazine.com confirmed on Friday.
The star’s attorney, Robert Kaufman, filed legal papers on Thursday with the Superior Court of the State of California to boot Ongkeko from the case, Us confirms.
According to the documents, Kaufman said that Ongkeko is “prejudiced against Respondent and/or the Respondent’s attorney or the interest of Respondent so that affiant against cannot or believes that he and/or Respondent cannot have a fair and impartial trial or hearing before Judge Ongkeko.”

Each side in the case is allowed to veto a judge once, within the first 10 days. Robyn’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, has yet to respond.
However, according to TMZ.com, it is more likely that the couple will not appear in an L.A. county courthouse and will instead get a private judge to hear them out away from all the publicity and attention.
Gibson and Robyn filed for divorce this week after 28 years of marriage and seven kids.

In 2005, Madonna – a talented equestrian — cracked three ribs and broke her hand and collar bone in a riding accident at her estate just outside London on her 47th birthday. The horse she was riding was a gift from her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.
Seven months after her injuries, the singer, now 50, was photographed by Klein for a 58-page spread in W magazine, where she was pictured alongside six stallions and posed for the cover in her riding gear.
Later that year, at the 2005 MTV Europe Awards, Madonna spoke publicly about the accident.
“After I fell off my horse it was amazing to be able to get up and dance,” she said, after performing “Hung Up on You” to open the show. “You don’t beat singing live…my heart was just pumping out of my chest.”
