Trailer Time!
How great does Julie & Julia look! Can’t wait! After last years Doubt, Meryl Streep and Amy Adams team up again! They make a great onscreen duo!
Meryl Streep is Julia Child and Amy Adams is Julie Powell in writer-director Nora Ephron’s adaptation of two bestselling memoirs: Powell’s Julie & Julia and My Life in France, by Julia Child with Alex Prud’homme.
Based on two true stories, ‘Julie & Julia’ intertwines the lives of two women who, though separated by time and space, are both at loose ends…until they discover that with the right combination of passion, fearlessness and butter, anything is possible.
I love, love, love me some Hugh Dancy! He is Claire Danes fiance, and has recently starred in Confessions of a Shopoholic and Evening. You might recognize Rose Byrne from Damages – and if you don’t, then shame on you for not watching it! Best show on TV! (Okay, I know I say that a lot, but I really mean it this time!)
Adam is about the relationship between a somewhat socially dysfunctional young man (Hugh Dancy) and the woman of his dreams (Rose Byrne).
When I first saw this trailer, I thought I wouldn’t like it – but after I actually watched it, it looks really cute! I would have never thought that Alexis Bledel could carry a movie on her own, but I think she might pull it off! It’s also nice to see Michael Keaton acting again, feel like I haven’t seen him in anything for ages!
The trailer for Post Grad courtesy of MTV. Recent college graduate Ryden Malby (Gilmore Girls star Alexis Bledel) has just survived for years of higher education, but when she’s forced to move back into her childhood home, the stress of dealing with her eccentric family, landing a job, and finding the right guy leaves her with precious little… time to ponder where her life is truly heading. Shrek and Shark’s Tale co-director Vicky Jenson takes the helm for a comedy co-starring Michael Keaton, Carol Burnett, Zach Gilford, and Rodrigo Santoro (the hot guy from Love Actually), and produced by Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock in collaboration with Joe Medjuck and Jeff Clifford.
