Is Prince’s new song about Salma?
Prince’s new song features lyrics about the mother of a girl named Valentina, and some are speculating if he’s talking about newlywed Salma Hayek. The lyrics in question are:
“Hey Valentina, tell your mama she should give me a call/ When she get tired of runnin’ after you down the hall/And she’s all worn out from those late-night feedings/and she’s ready for another rock and roll meeting”
What do you think, a coincidence or is Prince no so subtly pining for Salma?

Yes the song is about her. The lyrics talk about her being a mexican bombshell and being in movies. Salma directed one of his most recent videos from the 3121 album and her daughter\’s name is Valentina.

it’s no secret…prince already said in an interview not long ago that he wrote a song for Salma Hayek on the new record.

Wow. Those lyrics are horrible–at least this segment of them. “Late-night feedings?” I wonder how many times THAT has ever been worked into a song…
