Now, the last call Carson Daly will be hearing will be for a baby bottle. The late-night talk show host and his longtime girlfriend Siri Pinter welcomed a boy on Sunday night.

Jackson James Daly, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz., is the first child for the couple. “Parents are both ecstatic,” his rep Heather Lylis tells PEOPLE. “They have a happy and healthy baby boy.”

With Daly being such an avid cyclist “friends are already looking for bike helmets for the little one,” joked his rep in November when Daly announced the news. Daly, 35 is the host of The Last Call With Carson Daly.

Adult film star Jenna Jameson is a mommy, her rep confirms to Usmagazine.com. Jameson and her boyfriend of two years, Tito Ortiz welcomed twin boys Monday morning. “They’re in very good health,” her rep tells Us.

“She’s been taking it easy and even had to be in a wheelchair during one of Tito’s events in Las Vegas,” a source told Us when Jameson was just shy of eight months pregnant. “She’s very excited to be a mom.” Back in May, Jameson told Us, “We’re trying for a baby, so hopefully in the next couple of months!” By the end of August, she confirmed her pregnancy to Us exclusively, saying, “I’m so happy!” Upon finding out she was pregnant, Jameson, 34, admitted that she and Ortiz, a mixed martial arts fighter, were in a state of shock. “I’m just staying super healthy,” she said. “I’ve moved down to the beach with Tito — I love being by the beach.” Being able to give birth to two healthy babies is joyful for Jameson, a devout Catholic. She discovered she was two months pregnant in November 2004 after being diagnosed with malignant melanoma. A day later, she miscarried due to the stress of cancer. “It was all in God’s plan,” she told Us two years ago.

Will the she and Ortiz, 34, get married now that they have children? Jameson — who split from adult film studio owner Jay Grdina in 2006 and from porn star Brad Armstrong in 2001 — said they have no plans to walk down the aisle. “I think I’m gonna stay unmarried and just go for the babies!” she told Us. “I’m following in Angelina’s footsteps!”

I’m sooooooo excited to announce that I’ll be seeing Lady Gaga tomorrow night in Portland! Yay! I can’t wait! I think it’s going to be a really fun show…and now I’m nervous.  I’m going to have a chance to meet and talk to her.  What am I going to say! I tend to suffer from foot-in-mouth-syndrome whenever I meet anyone even remotely famous.  Man, the embarassing stories I could tell you.  I like to gossip about them, and talk about them online, but if I actually get to meet them face to face, fuggetaboutit!

Just two weeks into her sizzling Circus tour, Britney Spears has a sexy surprise for her March 23 return to the Big Apple.

“She’ll be singing with Madonna in New York,” the starlet’s stylist David Alexander told In Touch at his March 14 fashion show in LA.

So what can we expect from the diva duo? “It will be ‘Get Together’ and ‘Trouble.’ So, together the song is called ‘Lose Control,’ ” David added, signaling a mash-up of hits from both ladies. In addition to joining Britney on the East Coast, the Material Girl may pop by for one of the Circus singer’s LA shows on April 16 or 17.

“It’s supposed to be a surprise!” said David. It looks like Madonna is returning the favor to her protégé: Britney delighted fans by performing with the “4 Minutes” songstress during her Sticky & Sweet tour on November 6 in LA. The pop queen seems to already be planning her moves, as she was spotted in the stands at Britney’s March 11 gig in New York’s Nassau Coliseum.
