The Tudors returns to Showtime on Sunday, April 5th at 9 PM ET/PT.

The blonde beauty with the Aretha Franklin vibrato, Grammy®-winning songstress Joss Stone, will join the cast of Showtime’s THE TUDORS’ third season, playing Anne of Cleves, Henry VIII’s (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) fourth wife. Stone will star in three episodes, which are currently shooting in Dublin, Ireland, and will return in 2009.

Hailing from Kent, England, Stone was a fresh-faced 14-year-old when she won the popular BBC talent show, “Star for a Night.” She wowed audiences with her version of Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” stupefying the crowd when a booming, old-soul voice came bellowing from the frame of a small blonde girl. In 2002, she arrived in New York City, catching the attention of label CEO Steve Greenberg who signed her and the two began work on her first CD, The Soul Sessions. The three-time Grammy®-nominated singer-songwriter’s three discs – with sales totaling more than 10 million albums – have earned her industry acclaim and a devoted fan base. Most recently, she has branched out into acting, landing small roles in the 2006 fantasy film Eragon, and an episode of the CW series “Gossip Girl.”

Viewers and critics alike have been enthralled watching the storied exploits of the sexy, hard-bodied King Henry VIII (Rhys Meyers) as he weds, beds and beheads women and wives across 16th century England. Both Rhys Meyers and the series have been nominated for Golden Globe® Awards, and the series has won two Emmys® for its incredible costume design and main title theme music. The new season will pick up after Anne Boleyn’s beheading, detailing Henry’s doomed marriages to true love Jane Seymour and the German-born Anne of Cleves.

Well, well, well! Look what the cat dragged in!  The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi was spotted in Newport Beach yesterday with none other than Slade Smiley!  Slade was in the first season of TRHOOC with his then-fiance, Jo.  Shortly after the last season of Housewives wrapped, it was rumored that Gretchen and Slade were bumping nasties – which of course secures his spot in the new season.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for the new season! There are so many women I love to hate!

Lisa Rinna dressed in a bill-board seemed to be out promoting herself as one of the originals who wishes to be re-cast on the rumored new TV show of “Melrose Place”. She created quite a stir in West Hollywood CA on Melrose Ave. on Wednesday!

I don’t want to see Lisa and her labia lips (seriously, check out the first thumbnail below…yuck!) back on Melrose! She grosses me out!

Lindsay Lohan was 12 when she shot to child stardom in The Parent Trap. But she wasn’t too young to remember who helped her rise.

“She was a wonderful woman and actress and treated me like I was her own,” the now 22-year-old starlet said of former costar Natasha Richardson, who died Wednesday from head trauma apparently suffered in a skiing accident two days before.

“I didn’t see much of her over the years but I will miss her,” Lohan added. “My heart goes out to her family. This is a tragic loss.”

Richardson played Lohan’s prim British mom in the 1998 remake of The Parent Trap who, with the help of Lohan-times-two finds love again with her ex, played by Dennis Quaid.

In life, Richardson’s survivors include her husband of 14 years, Liam Neeson, sons Michael, 13, and Daniel, 12, mother Vanessa Redgrave, sister Joely Richardson and aunt Lynn Redgrave.
