Gisele Bundchen: Tom Brady’s Son Is “100 Percent” Mine
Call me crazy, but this would rub me the wrong way if I were Bridget Moynahan (his biological mother)!
Gisele Bundchen has never met Bridget Moynahan, the mother of her husband Tom Brady’s son, she tells the May issue of Vanity Fair.
“I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that, but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child,” she says of John Edward Thomas Moynahan, who was born in 2007. “I feel it is, 100 percent. I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine.”
Bundchen – who wed Brady in February, as Usmagazine.com exclusively reported — says it was “definitely a surprise” when she learned that Moynahan was pregnant shortly after she began dating the New England Patriot quarterback.
“In the beginning you’re living this romantic fantasy; you’re thinking, ‘This can’t be true, it’s so good! And then, Whoops—wake-up call!’” she says.
But standing by Brady as they figured things out “was a blessing, because otherwise I don’t think I would have known what he was made of, and he wouldn’t have known what I was made of.”
“I was like, You have the heart in a good place!” she says. “It made me feel more in love with him; it made me realize who he was.”
Brady, she says,”is very close to his family. He’s Catholic. His parents have been married 40 years. He’s got a pure heart. That’s all that matters – he’s got the purest heart.” (More pictures after the jump!)
Adds Bundchen (who plans to celebrate their marriage with family and friends in Costa Rica this Friday): “I feel grateful because I have a lot of love in my life. I found the person I’m sharing my life with. I have a good man.”
As for her ex, Leonardo DiCaprio, she says, “Leo is a really wonderful person. We still speak sometimes, and I’m friends with his mom. He still has one of my dogs.”
“We were very young, and we grew together in a lot of ways,” she adds. “We were just not meant to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but I respect him enormously, and I wish him nothing but the best.”

Gisele makes sure that she puts Bridget in the “Mom” spot. I think it was a very respectful comment, she is just saying she loves the boy as if he where her own. To me, that’s a good thing.

I think it IS a good thing if she loves the child.
But the way she phrased that “but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child” STINKS … I think it was very disrespectful. It is NOT and never will be HER child. She should try to have a good relationship with the child, but she should not EVER. EVER!!!!! claim that it’s HER child.

Come on people,she just human let her be and enjoy her new life,and im sure as being a beautiful “brazilian woman” as she is,,,,she can love a child that’s is not her,but is the man that she loves….POVO INVEJOSO NEH GISELI!!!!!

Oh no she didn’t! Gisele: He is not 100% yours! HE IS 100% BRIDGET’S. You don’t give the real mother permission to have a relationship with her son. Get over yourself – HO! BTW – Tom is Catholic…I guess he’d better get his ass to confession pronto! “He has a pure heart”????? Except when it comes to the mother of his child. Maybe God makes exceptions right?

C said it right. It does sound like she’s giving permission to the mother to have a relationship with her own son. It was a horrible moronic comment.
I also laughed at the “he has the purest heart” comment. She is in for a rude awakening. He’s a total cad. period.

new englands’ favorite cougar, the one who tried to trap tom brady, and will have a lot of explaining to do when her son (meal ticket) finds out he is here to trap his father. according to people close to the family, she went off the pill without telling him, even after he told her he didn’t want to marry her or have children. she opened her legs, and hoped for the best. however, it was a crap shoot and it failed miserably, she had made a selfish, life altering decision for tom and imposed her will on him. when her plan backfired she went to the tabloids portraying herself as a victim. bridget is P.O. because gisele put everything out there. showing she is not keeping tom away from his son, or she won’t have anything to do with him, she loves him like is 100% hers, should be a comfort to her, knowing that she would never make him feel anything less, even when they have their own.
