Fred Durst: My Relationship with Britney Spears was ‘Taboo’
Fred Durst, who publicly bickered with Britney Spears about their reported relationship in 2003 (she’s always denied it) and then claimed he was going to “put [the feud] behind me,” is once again speaking out about the pop star – and saying they were indeed a couple.
“It just became a fiasco of madness,” Durst, 38, tells MTV News about their fight. “[But] I always stay true to my heart and true to everything I did and my intentions, and I am in no way a liar.”
The Limp Bizkit singer and Spears, who was 21 at the time, reportedly became an item at the 2003 American Music Awards in L.A. To express his feelings, he wrote on his band’s Web site at the time that he had “never felt this way,” but Spears never acknowledged the relationship.
Even with Durst going on Howard Stern’s radio show and swearing on his son’s life that he was telling the truth, Spears rarely commented on his remarks. She did, however, say the relationship was one-sided.
“I think him for me, but not me for him,” she told the British version of Glamour magazine. “He’s said some pretty amazing things about me. But, um, I think he leaped in too deep, too quick.”
Durst says he’s still a bit confused about how everything unraveled but describes it as an episode of her bizarre behavior.
“I look back on it as very interesting [in terms of] how things have been sort of unraveling for her since,” he says. “[But] it is what it is. I can sleep at night knowing I made decisions that I wanted to make. [Still] I’m a supporter. I was then, I guess I am now.”
“I just guess at the time it was taboo for a guy like me to be associated with a gal like her,” he adds.

The only thing taboo about the relationship was the age difference, really. Any grown man who talks about any sort of divide between people like him and people like her (pop and rock? cheerleader and metalhead? huh?) clearly still thinks he is 15, and is therefore an embarrassment. No wonder Britney denies it, whether or not it happened.

Fred speaks ignorantly. He’s likely a puppet. I wonder if he has a deep connection to Howard K Stern and Ron Rale as it was said that Spears did. One of her handlers, Lufti I think, said they were going to cut Britney’s brain out to fix her while drugging her.
It seems fishy that Natasha Richardson’s recent death was from a brain injury. There seems to be a fixation with Freemasons such as when they shot Abraham Lincoln in the head. So, one must think that Speilberg’s war films intentionally leave out that Freemasons started WWI and WWII and perhaps Richardson, who was pro-Palestinians, was targeted for being anti-Freemason.
It’s naive to think the CIA-military controlled music and film industry aren’t happy that everyone doesn’t agree with their program of killing their way to riches and that they’re plans have been set back by resistant ethical, if naive, good-hearted souls.
I wonder if Fred’s just too much of a simple-minded person to know the nature of his handlers. Clearly, though, he can’t speak in complex sentences without changed tenses constantly and speaking elliptically as though he doesn’t have complete thoughts that he’s able to express. His music, on the otherhand, shows a extremely narrow focus of themes – hatred of women and extreme violence against others.

Um really who the hell cares??? LOL! Is this dude serious? Anyway he has aged amazingly well. He is really very handsome if that is a current pic. I never knew he was so attractive. I guess his look has matured but him not so much.

Hey, I gotta say something here and I never post on these things. I know Fred incredibly well… or atleast I did for awhile. I can honestly say he doesn’t lie. Ever. About anything. And, I’ll also tell you that he’s the biggest romantic ever, and his goal has always been to find the right woman. Therefore, he treats every woman like a princess. I’m just sayin….
