Miley Cyrus promotes her book “Miles To Go” at Barnes & Noble 5th Avenue in New York City, March 5

Miley Cyrus reminds me a lot of the young Britney Spears. Remember when Britney first hit the scene, how cute and innocent she was? And that didn’t last long!

Do you think Miley will stay on the straight and narrow, or will she go by way of most teen stars?  Here’s to hoping she keeps the clean image. It’s so refreshing to see a nice, young popstar we don’t feel bad for letting our children listen to!

She’s already dating someone that’s totally illegal, of course she’ll become a little terror!

  2. Chili Says:

What you say sounds so over-caring (can you say that in english? I’m from germany, so sorry for the english ;D), so american. Why does it affect children, when they hear music of somebody, who isn’t just perfect, innocent and religious? Why is it bad hearing normal music of normal people with all their mistakes and histories?

  3. Me2 Says:

Because good parents should care what their children are listening to.

  4. Alyssa Says:

    I have those boots :)

  5. Chili Says:

Sure, but does it matter, who sings a song? Isn’t it more important, what’s the song about? And will you never allow it to your children listening to the radio? Will you always control them and switch the radio off when a song comes, you don’t want your children to listen?

  6. Jocelyn Says:

I will definitely monitor what music my children listen to. I think it’s my job as a good parent to watch what they’re listening to. Would you not monitor the tv they’re watching? It doesn’t matter to me who sings the song, it’s all about the content.

  7. Erin Says:

I think with pop stars especially female ones their young fans like to emulate them. So if the singer starts to act or dress overtly sexy your child may be tempted to grow up too quickly as well.
