Kevin Costner has welcomed a new addition the family!

ET has learned that Costner’s wife Christine gave birth to a baby boy, Hayes Logan Costner, on Thursday night.

A rep for the actor tells ET that the baby is a healthy 8 pounds, 15 ounces, and everyone is doing great.

The couple has been married since 2004 and have one other son, Cayden Wyatt Costner.

Jessica Simpson’s biggest concern about her performance Thursday at NYC’s Madison Square Garden?

Her outfit.

“I’ve had times when my pants split right down the middle when I bent down to reach a note,” the singer told fans, laughing. “That’s why I’m wearing a skort – not a skirt, not a short – just so they wouldn’t split.”

Although Simpson has struggled at some shows on her current tour, she seemed to be in good spirits, as she performed a 35-minute set before Rascal Flatts got on stage, New York’s Newsday reports.

The paper reports she “confidently rolled out her new single ‘Pray Out Loud’ and her self-esteem anthem ‘Remember That.’”

Simpson made her first live TV appearance since her much-scrutinized weight gain on Wednesday, performing her song “Pray Out Loud” on CBS’ The Early Show.

She danced around the weight issue.

“Honestly, I am right where I’m supposed to be. I am so happy,” Simpson said. “Everything’s really great.”

Oscar-winning actress Mira Sorvino and her husband Christopher Backus are expecting their third child, they confirm to PEOPLE.

“We are overjoyed at the thought of welcoming a new addition to the family,” they say in a statement. “With each child the love in our hearts has expanded beyond what we ever imagined was possible.”

Sorvino, 41, and Backus are also parents to Mattea, 4, and Johnny, 2.

Sorvino, who won an Academy Award for Mighty Aphrodite, recently appeared in the NBC miniseries The Last Templar, and Backus will next be seen in ABC’s Life On Mars.

Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes wants to set the record straight: T.R. Knight and Katherine Heigl are not leaving the show.

“That was a very interesting rumor,” Rhimes said Thursday night at the 40th NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles. “And it’s not true.”

Rhimes was referring to a recent comment in the press attributed to Grey’s castmember James Pickens Jr., in which he was said to be confirming the departure of Heigl and Knight.

“That was absolutely taken out of context,” said Rhimes. “Things happen, and … I think rumors become fact very easily. And you know I don’t like to tell you what’s going to happen on the show — but that is a rumor,” she emphasized.

For his part, Pickens says he meant to wish the pair well in general.

“We’ve been living with these rumors for a long time,” he said before the NAACP’s awards show. “When the question was posed to me, I was more trying to congratulate Katie and T.R. on whatever they were going to do. But yeah, I don’t have any special info about it either way.”

ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy took home three awards, including Chandra Wilson’s win for outstanding actress in a drama series. Wilson said she was looking forward to the show’s upcoming 100th episode — and insisted things were all good on the set.

“We’re laughing at the rumors, as we always do,” Wilson said before the ceremony. “Stories come out, and [there are] these big quotes, and we go, ‘But that’s not exactly what I said.’ So, we’re busy doing our jobs, doing our work.”

Usher’s wife, Tameka Foster, suffered a heart attack in Brazil before undergoing plastic surgery, the Associated Press reports.

Foster, 37, checked into the Sao Rafael Hospital on Feb. 6 for a “simple liposuction,” says Ellen Dastry, spokeswoman for plastic surgeon Silvio Sterman.

Foster went into cardiac arrest while being anesthetized, “but was revived in less than a minute by heart massage,” Dastry adds.

She was then placed into an induced coma before being transferred into an intensive care unit “to avoid unnecessary complications.”

She’s currently recovering in Sao Paulo’s better-equipped Sirio-Libanes Hospital, added Dastry, who did not release any additional details.

Usher, 33, cancelled his performance at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Gala last Saturday to rush to Brazil to be with his wife. His rep told Usmagazine.com Monday that she was in “stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery.”

Foster and Usher wed in August 2007. They are parents to two-month-old Naveid Ely Raymond and Usher Raymond V, 15 months. Foster also has three sons from a prior relationship.
