Whoa Nelly! Jessica Simpson Shows Off Fuller Figure!
My sister’s theory is she’s pregnant. But I don’t see a baby belly there…
Jessica Simpson showed off new curves as she performed songs from her country album Do You Know at a concert over the weekend.
At Sunday’s Kiss Country Chili Cookout in Pembroke Pines, Fla., the singer, 28, bounced on stage in high-waisted jeans and a black tank.
She has long had her weight ups and downs but said she never minded when she packed on a few extra pounds.
In a 2007 interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she recalled a conversation she had with pal Ken Paves.
“Do you think the guys in here are all really looking at all those skinny girls and thinking, Wow, I want to get with her? Or are they looking at the girls with the curves and thinking, Yeah, I want to get with her!” Simpson said.
“Curves are better,” Simpson added. “I don’t get the whole rail thing. It’s not good for your heart, it’s not good for your mind; it’s emotionally destructive, it really is.”

She isn’t any bigger, she is just wearing a REALLY unflattering outfit! I mean come on, high waisted jeans don’t look good on anyone with even a little meat on their bones and they look even worse if you have a big chest. Jessica has a gorgeous face and great skin and hair, it doesn’t matter what she wears.

Nah, she doesn’t look pregnant to me. She looks too big already in the arms and face, that normally comes after the belly starts to pooch. She just looks like Anna Nicole in the making to me.
And those pants do absolutely nothing for the figure. Just a bad outfit, but she usually does look bad on stage.

Oh, honey. High-waisted paints are not for you. And they’re even at least a size too small. Give it up, and learn to dress for your body shape, whatever your weight! And use Spanx. They’re a wonder.

It is hard to tell if she is larger because the outfit is SOOO bad and doesn’t do her any favors. That wouldn’t look good on anyone.

if you saw her walking down the street (albeit in a different outfit) all you would think is damn she’s beautiful. you wouldn’t think for five seconds that she was a big girl or fat because in reality she is not fat. she’s voluptuous.

I agree with Maggie that no one would care that she was a size 8 if she were at a bar or somewhere that you were trying to pick up women- I’m sure most of you would be lucky to have a woman that looks like her! She is beautiful. For those of you that think she is FAT, well you guys are sad and that is what’s wrong with women in our society today!!! Yes, the outfit is horriable and she is not as skinny as she was but she is still beautiful and by no means fat and the people who say she is or people like john who thinks she’s a fat slob (which is crap)are the people who incourage these teen girls to have eating disorders because they think if they can’t see your bones your fat it’s a bunch of BS. John is the one who’s probably a fat slob. I really think it’s funny how everyone talks about how eating disorders are bad but yet when a star gains a couple pounds they are fat,What kind of message is that? It’s a lose/lose situation!

I think being healthy is far more attractive than being some skinny twig. It is time our society progressed forward beyond fixating attention upon celebrities, whom most of us have not met or really even know, weight. This girl has not been out getting drunk, going pantyless to clubs or ended up in rehab. Let’s cut her a break and focus on her work rather than her figure. Imagine how hurtful you would feel if someone were blogging about your weight gain/loss and flaws with your body. You have to admit you would be hurt. I know I would. I think Jessica Simpson deserves a break.
