Thanks, Poop, I was just about to mention AHX. I can’t believe no one else had mentioned it before you. She played Ed Norton’s, the title character’s, girlfriend in the movie. And she was fabulously crazy, as the role called for.

I’m in a band in Humboldt County, California. Our bassist was actually IN that movie! He was one of the musicians in Fairuza’s character’s band in the film. She came out to see us play on the night of their wrap party. I was way too starstruck to meet her, but she is an AWESOME woman. Rock on, Fairuza!!!

i recently saw humboldt county and it is a really good movie. too little of baizura in it, though, but she sings an really awesome version of billie holiday’s ‘i want you to be my baby’.
