Angelina Jolie: I’m Ready to “Fade Away”
Angelina Jolie says she plans to give up acting to be a full-time mother.
“I don’t plan to keep acting very long. I’m ready to do a few things now and fade away and get ready to be a grandma one day,” she tells BBC News in a new interview. “I’m not so worried that I want to keep this pace up and try to be something and be a celebrity.”
She says she’s lucky to take on great roles but “everything comes in seasons.
“I hopefully won’t be needing to do that later in my life anyway,” she adds.
The 33-year-old Changeling star — who says she won’t work for a year after she returns to work in February — stresses, “I don’t think I’ll ever say I’m never, ever gonna work because maybe there’s that interesting project where I feel creative.
“I like being home a lot,” the mother of six adds. “First and foremost, I have a lot of children, and I need to make sure they’re growing right and they’ve got us there for them.”

Yeah, I kind of agree. Why does everyone hate her so much? If it is because of the whole Brad Pitt thing, maybe Jennifer Aniston is a stuck up snobby bitch in real life, and Brad Pitt couldnt stand the sight of her no more. BOOO HOOO for Jen… get over the whole thing!!!

Yes, I don’t understand why people always want to slam her. It has to be jealousy. And if anyone really knew what they were talking about, they would know that the Pitt/Aniston union had problems way before he met Angelina. So two people who are truly soul mates found each other. Can’t we just be happy for them instead of slamming them still, after all this time? And we should be congratulating her on wanting to stay home and raise her kids to be the best people they can be. That is what you guys are always hating on her for, right?? That she is a publicity whore? Well, there you have it. You just can’t have it both ways!!!

Daym! Ya’ll are serious about the hate on Jolie around here. I mean I agree she is a legend in her own mind and really puts up a front for the cameras but geesh she didn’t invent husband stealing. Elizabeth Taylor did it much better and way before Angelina. If anything dog her out for her lack of originality and acting ability, or better yet, just ignore her and maybe she’ll stop being famous for being “pretty”.
