Vogue Cover Plus Context of “Uncool” quote
In the December issue of Vogue, Jennifer Aniston opens up about Angelina Jolie — and then some.
When first asked about Jolie, Aniston asked the reporter, Jonathan Van Meter, to turn off the tape recorder for a moment.
She did, however, want to go on the record about one thing: She said she was bothered that Jolie felt the need to recount a detailed timeline of exactly how she fell in love with Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. (Pitt was still married to Aniston at the time).
“There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening,” Aniston said. “I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.”
Aniston then shook her head in disbelief.
“That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool,” Aniston said.
BRAD PITT
Asked if she ever speaks to Pitt, Aniston said that they have exchanged “a few very kind hellos … and congratulations on your babies.”
She stressed that the two “had an amicable split … The marriage didn’t work out.”
JOHN MAYER
As for her romance with notorious womanizer John Mayer, Aniston (who said she still wants children) said, “People need to mind their own business! Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense?”
“Love just shows up.”
When Mayer bragged about dumping her, Aniston said, “Trust me, you’ll never see that happen again from that man.”
HER MOTHER
Aniston also said she and her mother Nancy are in the middle of a slow reconciliation that began after she split from Pitt.

Good for her. Angelina does so much good in the world and she deserves to be praised for that. But the fact is she did have an affair with a married man and that is not right and now goes around talking about falling in love with him when he was still married. Somehow Jennifer has become the villain in the story and that is not right. I think it is awesome that she finally spoke out that all the talking done by Angelina is uncool. She will one day have to explain to her kids what she did…and I don’t understand how anyone can spin it in a good way!!

What makes this woman so beautiful is her honesty. DAMN RIGHT! angie was wrong for going on record about the affair, as if we all didnt already know. I have nothing but the upmost respect for Jen. Makes me hate Brad even more, and Angie.

I fell in love with my husband at age 13,and to me he WAS and IS Still,after 23years of marriage and 4 children, the best thing since Brad Pitt! I know that Jen must still have a lot of heartache over losing Brad to Angelina. It’s on every magazine,a constant reminder. Jennifer Aniston must be THE strongest woman in the world to have gone through such betrayal by Brad. Jennifer was such a lady about it all.Angelina is a beauty as well,but I am totally convinced that a woman must be beautiful on the inside to be so on the outside. I’m sure that Brad has seen that between the two, Jen has more grace and poise than Jolie.Aniston is a gracious wonder.If that happened to me, and the mistress dared comment publicly about her feelings in so much detail,I would let the whole world know how I felt ,and with her celebrity clout and huge fan base I Would have told EVERYTHING I could to the press. I would also have taken Brad to court for all of his money acquired during the marriage. Also , Angelina would have had to spend ALL of her money on plastic Surgery after I made her outer beauty match her inner CRUEL WITCH! She won’t win though,because Brad knows what a good actress Angie is,and if he hasn’t figured it out yet He will!Why do you think he hasn’t married her yet?! They should both STFU. This all happened a long time ago. They are both happy with their own partners. So shut it. Jennifer Aniston has never been in a good movie, so I don’t even know why she is relevant. I guess that’s why she has to keep bringing this crap up, to be relevant. Whoever put that picture on the cover of Vogue must hate JA because she looks even worse than normal. She’s just not an attractive woman, plain and simple. Angelina cannot help being virtually every man’s fantasy. She’s gorgeous.

I think it is a huge difference to “fall in love” and to act on it. As far as I read the AJ comments it is about how she felt about Brad P. and not that they started an affair.
Obviously even Ms Aniston is aware that their marriage was already over.

JA has every right to say anything about aj. AJ is the one who started all this, it will all come back to haunt her in the end,AJ is a home wrecker and always will be{who’s next}she is very vindictive.when she needs attention then she brings up something from the past, so she can put Jen down,why shouldn’t Jen stick up for herself.AJ just doesn’t want Jen to get over it thats why she keeps bringing things up. I totally understand how Jen must feel. I have always been a Huge fan and I think it’s horrible what she has been put through. But she has been a very strong person and I admire that in her. Jolie is wrong for what she has done messing up someone elses marriage.And I don’t think there is anything wrong with Jen finally saying something about the break up of her marriage. I also believe in karma, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Jolie will get hers in the end, for sure.
