The bob is cute - the fact that’s it’s been FREEZING in the Northeast (NYC included) all week and her daughter is wearing that light dress is NOT CUTE! Put some warm clothes on your kid Katie. You have a warm jacket & pants on yourself.

Parenting includes making your child do things for his/her own good, even when they don’t want to - like wearing weather-appropriate clothing (jacket, socks, etc). Great parenting. :\

you can tell it is cold enough for a jacket for Ms Suri..look at the people behind them..they are wearing jackets too..Kate/Katie whatever is an idiot for NOT putting her baby in weather appropriate clothing.

I think her hair looks cute. And while if it was cold tights would make sense but if Suri was running around she might have been too hot for her coat. At least Katie is always spending time with her not sending her out with a nanny.
