Katie Holmes Opening Night Curtain Call for “All My Sons” at the Schoenfeld Theatre.

Katie Holmes says Tom Cruise helped her keep cool during Thursday’s opening night of Broadway’s All My Sons.
“He’s been here, and he’s just made me so good….” Holmes, 29, told Entertainment Tonight. “I was so nervous, and I saw him and it made me feel so much better.”
His advice to Holmes, who plays Ann (a woman who visits the family of her former lover, a missing pilot) in the show?
“He said, ‘Just have fun, just do what you’ve always done,’” Holmes says.
Adds show co-star, John Lithgow: “Tom has been a very loyal spouse…I think tonight must have been his 8th or 9th time.”
While Cruise is a big fan of his wife, the reviews weren’t as friendly.
Writes EW.com, which grades the show B-: “After a painfully awkward first scene, she relaxes a bit; she’s at her best opposite [Patrick] Wilson, who’s terrifically cast as Sons’ moral compass.
USA Today offers the show 2.5 out of 4, calling her “one-note debut…a little off-key.”

I think that’s John Lithgow’s diplomatic way of saying “Her husband is psycho and will not leave her alone.” And Patrick Wilson is HAWT. Terribly underrated guy.. Yum.
