Jon Bon Jovi is set to become the latest celebrity-turned-restaurateur, according to reports.

The 46-year-old star is reportedly teaming up with billionaire pal Ron Perelman to reopen East Hampton, New York eatery, Blue Parrot.

The Tex-Mex hotspot – known for its karaoke nights – has been closed for two years.

According to the New York Post, Bon Jovi has planned the restaurant’s grand opening for next summer.

As WENN went to press, a spokesperson for Bon Jovi had not answered requests for comment.
