Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty had to be rescued from a lake on Saturday after his rowing boat sank.

The British rocker was rowing with friends in Scotland’s Loch Lomond when the boat started filling up with water.

Doherty’s manager, Adrian Hunter, says: “We lost an oar and sprang a leak.
