Naomi Campbell has denied reports she accepted an expensive gift from boyfriend Vladimir Doronin – a new home in Brazil.

The catwalk star shot down rumors she was offered the luxurious flat in the South American country by her lover – insisting she doesn’t allow men to buy her presents.

She says, “If I want to buy a house, I’ll buy my own. I don’t need a man for that.”

Carmen Electra is suing a company for allegedly exploiting her celebrity status.

The documents – filed at Los Angeles Superior Court under her real name Tara Patrick – accuse Payment Data Systems of breaching a contract with the star after hiring her for a merchandising deal.

The lawsuit claims the company “schemed to wrongfully exploit the Plaintiff’s celebrity and the value of her stage name and image for their own benefit and at the Plaintiff’s expense.”

Electra is suing for damages.

Pete Doherty’s plans to stage a Babyshambles gig at his home have angered his landlord – who is determined to stop the concert going ahead.

Doherty’s notorious band was booked to play at Moonfest in Wiltshire, England later this month – but local police stepped in and put a stop to the planned appearance, amid fears thousands of youngsters will turn up and cause mayhem.

And the rocker vowed that the show would go on, offering to stage it at his home in nearby Marlborough instead.

But now the Earl of Cardigan – who owns Doherty’s country mansion – has stepped into the row, insisting he will not allow the band to play on his property.

In an email to local police, Lord Cardigan says, “Please advise your colleagues that ‘Pete’s house’ is actually Sturmy House. That house is the property of the trustees of Savernake Estate and any such thing would certainly constitute a breach of his lease of our property. So, should Doherty’s manager ever plan to carry out his threat, please be advised in advance that there are absolutely no circumstances in which the owners of that house where Doherty lives would ever sanction such a thing.”

In all likelihood, Charlie and Brooke Sheen will be the proud parents of a baby boy – or so they think.

What makes the newlyweds so sure? Well, Charlie’s three other children (Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra, 23, with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt) are all girls. And unless, as he said, he’s “batting 100 percent,” the couple thinks they’ll be decorating the nursery with baseballs rather than Barbie dolls.

“Odds are it’s a boy, but we’ll be happy with either sex,” Brooke told People Friday at the opening of Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant in Las Vegas.

Sheen echoed his wife’s statement, saying, “We’re just hoping for a healthy baby, but there’s a chance (for a boy) – odds are positive.”

Rumors had been swirling before the Sheens confirmed their pregnancy earlier in the week, and the couple was disappointed in the way the news broke. “It would have been nice to do it on our terms,” said Sheen. Added Brooke: “We were hoping to be a little further along before news got out.”

Earlier in the evening, the expectant couple – along with Sam and Lola – joined Palms Casino Resort owner George Maloof and KISS singer-guitarist Paul Stanley at N9NE steakhouse to celebrate Charlie’s 43rd birthday (which is on Sept. 3) a few days early.

New mom Ashlee Simpson-Wentz doesn’t take fictitious rumors about her on the Internet lightly. Today, she posted a blog on her MySpace page responding to bogus reports that she cried because her doctor told her she was fat!

Here is her response:

Today I read on a blog that I went to the doctor and he said I was overweight and I cried and went to Planet Blue (because I was blue) and bought 6 pair of size 0 jeans. Now it is ridiculous to read such nonsense about oneself so I thought I would address this one…

1. My doctor says I am right on target with my weight gain.
2. Have not been to Planet Blue in at least two years.
3. Love my maternity jeans … they have stretchy tops it is awesome!
4. My closet full of size 0’s are being worn by Pete right now and he looks hot in them

So now that I have cleared that up let me tell you … carrying a child is the most inspiring, emotional, amazing experience of my life. My weight and my pant size are the absolute last thing I am concerned about. I am only concerned with having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. People who talk and judge pregnant women’s weight need to get a life!!!

James Gandolfini and Deborah Lin were married in Honolulu on Saturday, People magazine reports.

The 46-year-old star of “The Sopranos” and the 40-year-old model were married at the Central Union Church in the bride’s hometown, a wedding guest told the magazine.

Lin walked down the aisle in an Italian lace gown. Gandfolfini’s son Michael from an earlier marriage was his best man.

The couple have been engaged since 2007.
