On the finale of E!’s Living Lohan, cameras followed 14-year-old Ali Lohan as she went on an audition for the horror movie Trolls.

Unbeknownst to Ali, she auditioned for Peter Davy, director of such adult flicks as Voodoo Lust and Dreams in the Forbidden Zone, TMZ.com reported Wednesday.

“Ali obviously had no idea about Davy’s past,” her rep tells Usmagazine.com. “If she did know, she never would have auditioned for him.”

TMZ.com reports that Ali’s mom Dina “went nuclear” when she got word.

Ali hasn’t been quiet about her desire to be famous.

“I grew up watching Lindsay, and it made me want to do what she does,” she told Teen Vogue earlier this year. “Just the whole vibe. Being there, being on camera, or onstage, with everybody listening to you … it’s so cool when people look up to you.

“I want it so bad,” she said of fame. “So bad you don’t even know. And now, it’s actually happening. I’ve already been asked for my autograph, and it’s just a really good feeling to have.”

HER STORY: Bachelor Ex-Fiancée Shayne Lamas Wants to Keep Engagement Ring

The engagement has ended, but former Bachelor fiancée Shayne Lamas says she has every intention of keeping the ring.

In the first interview since announcing her split from The Bachelor: London Calling’s Matt Grant, Lamas says she has prepared a permanent home for the 2.85-carat Tacori platinum-and-diamond eternity ring now that it’s off her finger.

“I have it and I am going to keep it forever for the rest of my life,” Lamas tells PEOPLE. “It’s safe and clean and in a glass box like a glass slipper.”

And according to Lamas, Grant has no problem with that arrangement. “Of course (he doesn’t),” she says. “He wants to come over and look at it.”

Fans of the ABC reality show watched Grant get down on bended knee and present the ring to Lamas with the winning rose in the final episode of The Bachelor.

But a month after the episode aired, the two were no longer living together. While dogged with persistent Internet reports of discord, Lamas insists the two never had to deal with infidelity.

“I did not cheat on Matt,” insists Lamas. “I would never, ever cheat on Matt. He was my fiancé.”

The break-up came on the heels of reports that Lamas was spotted partying in Vegas with a local businessman. But according to Lamas, the two had already split by then.

“I want to clear this up 100 percent. That [Vegas trip] had nothing to do with our break-up,” says Lamas. “I was in Vegas with friends. Matt and I had already broken up. So I was a single 22-year-old woman having fun.”

Upon her return from Vegas, Lamas says the couple announced their split to the public. Though they are no longer an item, Lamas insists she and Grant are still amicable and talk “daily.”

“If I find the man, I’ll do it,” says Lamas, who plans on being “single for a while,” but is not counting out marriage in the future. “But I’m going to give this the two-year test. And then marry him. I think I’ve learned that two months is a little too short.”

Despite his ex-fiancée’s claims, Bachelor Matt Grant is definitely not okay with Shayne Lamas keeping their engagement ring.

“It wasn’t a ‘gift’ so much,” the Birtish-born financier tells PEOPLE. “It’s not a television or a handbag. It’s a symbol of marriage that didn’t happen.”

Lamas, 22, recently told PEOPLE she planned to keep the 2.85-carat Tacori platinum-and-diamond eternity ring “safe and clean and in a glass box — like a glass slipper.” She claimed Grant was fine with that, adding, “He wants to come over and look at it.”

But the star of The Bachelor: London Calling insists that conversation never took place.

“We never discussed this,” he says. “I never said it was cool to just keep it. If she said we spoke about it, she just made it up. Sometimes she thinks she can say anything and I’ll go along with it.”

Almost as soon as the final rose was presented, Grant and Lamas were dogged by rumors of romantic discord. They finally announced their split earlier this month.

Grant, 27, says he doesn’t want the ring back. But he does think Lamas — daughter of TV’s Lorenzo Lamas — should auction off the bauble for charity.

“Let’s have something good come out of this,” he explains. “Why hold onto it? What’s the point?”

Grant’s new proposal: Auction off the ring and have each donate their half of the proceeds to a favorite charity. (Grant’s pet cause is the abolition of puppy mills).

Grant says that the show’s sponsors paid for the engagement ring, which he valued at $65,000. So it’s not his money at stake.

“But at the end of the day, it was mine to give to her,” he argues. “And thus I’m like, ‘C’mon!’ I’m sure Shayne will agree it’s best going to charity.”

On meeting her fans:

“Sometimes I am a bit surprised when people come up to me and they’re like, “You’re so nice! I didn’t expect you to be so cool.” It’s so weird because I’m like, “Well, how did you expect me to be?” I’m not really sure what people’s preconceived notions are.”

On her DUI charge:

“It was a low point in my life. I mean, the truth of the matter is, I was being irresponsible to begin with – I moved to LA and never got a license,” she explains. “I don’t know, it was just an awful low for me.”

On the press coverage it received:

“Even though, in a lot of ways, my upbringing has been quite liberal, something like that is embarrassing and appalling for my parents. It was a surreal experience and I was shocked at how much press it made but, the thing is, I apologised – and you have to just hope that that’s enough, because what else can you do? I’m just living life, and people make mistakes, you know?”

When will she return to television?:

“when I understand it better. Because I didn’t understand it. When you’re 16, you don’t know what the hell you’re getting into. Like, I had no clue. LA was a shock to the system.”

On her love life:

“I’m lucky to know you can have more than one soulmate in life,” she says. “But, like a true actress, I’m always changing the way I feel about who I want to be. Nowadays, I feel I’m settling more into a woman and I’m understanding who I am.”

Since Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes married and had their daughter Suri in 2006, their Beverly Hills mansion has been filled with laughter and love — and a lot of people. “We live with my sister-in-law, her two sons, my mother-in-law, and [Tom’s] kids Isabella and Connor,” Katie once said.

But according to insiders, Katie, 29, has grown tired of living in a commune-like atmosphere. “It’s like a huge family reunion every day at their house,” a family friend says. Now, In Touch can exclusively report that when Katie and Tom recently moved into a $35 million home in Beverly Hills, Katie put her foot down and insisted that everyone — other than Suri and Tom’s two children with Nicole Kidman, Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13 — find another place to live. “It’s about time for Tom and Katie to live alone,” another pal adds. “They never have before.”

The adjustment may be difficult for Tom, 46. His mother, Mary Lee South, and three sisters have been a constant presence in his life since he divorced Nicole in 2001. All are Scientologists, and Mary Lee and sister Cass have lived with him at different points. “He’s very close with his sisters and his mother and he always welcomes his family into his house,” an insider says. Cass has even home schooled Connor and Isabella. “Cass and her sons have been an integral part of Tom’s life, and Cass helps take care of Tom’s children when he is away,” adds the insider.

But when Katie finally said enough is enough, “Tom agreed things needed to be different,” the family friend says. “He assured her that they would not be moving in with them.” Instead, Mary Lee and Cass will remain at a duplex apartment at the Scientology Centre on Hollywood Boulevard, where the entire Cruise clan stayed while their new house was being renovated.
