Kevin Federline shocked at the custody arrangement
Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline is reportedly shocked the singer didn’t fight harder for custody of their two young sons.
Federline was awarded sole custody of Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, earlier this month, following a bitter 18-month court battle.
It means he now has to juggle being a full-time parent to his sons and looking after his two children from a previous marriage.
And he is said to be adamant that Spears’ should take an active role in bringing up the boys.
A source tells British magazine Closer, “Kevin loves his sons, but he didn’t aim for sole custody. He wanted to be a co-parent and didn’t expect Britney not to fight for custody. He never wanted full responsibility. He believes both parents should take an active role. It’s tough being a single parent, plus he already has another two children.”

BTW, he was never married to his first 2 children’s mother…Shar Jackson. They weren’t even engaged. I think Britney did the right thing for her kids for right now. Until she is out of the conservatorship and can manage her life solo, she shouldn’t have more custody. She will eventually win more though…later on when she is able.

I disagree with “blahblahblah”. Any mother, and I mean ANY good mother, would fight tooth and nail for the right to parent her children. The fact that Britney is putting her “comeback” over her desire to care for her children shows that her priorities are all screwed up. She didn’t fight because she doesn’t want them, plain and simple. She is a disgrace.

K-Fed is really saying, “I can’t handle sole custody of these kids, I already have two I neglect. Besides, everyone knows the woman should have at least more responsibility. I have to go now. Plans at bribing Britney with the sex tapes are really working!”

What does K Fed expect,he married her only for her name and oney,drove her completly nuts with all his so called allegations,K Fed,needs to take some responsibility for his actions,I would love to see the kids with their mom,but he insisted she wasn’t good for them,now once again,he’s a winny boy,

he used her babies as collateral, to blackmail her for money, and it didnt work. he expected her to pay a high price to try ot buy her God given rights t her own babies back, and she did not. good for her. in itme, he will fail, and give htem back to her where tehy belong. in the meantime, tehy iwll be cared for by nannies anyway, paid for by their momma and be safe

Oh please….he is “shocked”..lol….who wrote this article as something “serious”? How could he be “shocked”? He is the one who was fighting HER for sole custody, and now he wants to whine, and STILL bad mouth, and keep it going…harassing her. I feel so sorry for those kids, and not because of her, but because of him

I still can’t get over how you bash him so much. It’s obvious you’re just jealous…lol. I say it over and over again… why is it any different for him to have custody and be PAID FOR IT… than any woman who’s deemed qualififed to keep custody and demand ample child support? If you think this isn’t fair, then you’re saying that women aren’t equal to men. I AM a woman and you people either don’t have kids at all… hey, maybe that’s it. YOU weren’t given custody of your kids yourself! You think being a woman is a “god given right” to keep custody. Thank God you DON’T have custody! By ALL accounts he’s a good father to his other kids. And BE SAFE with her? You’re joking, right? That’s a joke, right? Ok, because I’m laughing my ass off. SHE is not safe with herself. And exactly where has he bad mouthed her? NOT ONE PLACE. NOT EVER. HARRASSING HER? What? WHAT? You people are not sick… just stupid.
