Martie Maguire welcomes another girl!
The Dixie Chicks are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the family. Martie’s daughter, Harper Rosie Maguire (how cute is Harper?) was born this morning in Austin, Texas. She is a perfect 7lb 10 ounces. 20.5 inches long. Martie is doing very well and Gareth and the family are over the moon.
The tyke joins twin sisters Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie, who were born in April 2004.
The 38-year-old mom, who has made no secret of her difficulty in conceiving, first confirmed that she was expecting a third child back in January of this year.

my little girl’s name is Harper Alice. i named her after Harper Lee, the author of To Kill a Mockingbird. I thought it would be a relatively unused name, but i guess i was wrong.
