Kate Moss is refusing to quit smoking – insisting “it’s who I am.”
The catwalk beauty is rarely seen without a cigarette in her hand and despite the health risks, she is determined not to give up.
She says, “It’s who I am. I don’t want to create a phony facade. I think I just have to be myself, otherwise I’d just be a paranoid mess.”

I would recommend people now switch to the concept of electronic smoking. I use it and am very happy to quit real smoking.
